Abstract: (17 Views)
Time constraints, logistics, and sampling represent significant challenges in designing clinical trials pertinent to military operational environments. In alignment with a data-driven approach, the imperative to employ modern statistical methodologies, including simulation and adaptive modeling, facilitates the testing of diverse scenarios prior to implementation, thereby enhancing statistical power and reducing bias. Consequently, it is suggested that precise reporting of these methods be considered to ensure the validity of findings and evidence-based strengthening of military medicine.”
