Introduction: The health watch checkup project (HWCP) has been conducted in the armed forces since many years ago in order to increase and improve the health condition between the employees. It may be of great importance because of assessing the mental and physical health of armed forces employees; however, conducting the said checkup requires considerable money and time. To analyze the efficiency of this method, the relation between health watch checkup with the health as well as the early diagnosis and treatment of employee’s diseases has been surveyed in the Hamadan police force.
Materials and Methods: In these study 113 employees among the Hamadan police force personnel has been subjected and 102 reliable questionnaires were filled and analyzed.
Results: There is a positive (direct) relation between the variables of health watch checkup with early diagnosis and treatment of disease. In order to show its potency, the single variable of regression ratio analysis performed and the results showed the potency around 0.634. Conclusion: Due to positive relation between the health watch checkup and early diagnosis and treatment of diseases, regular and reliable HWCP may improve military personnel health care.
