fa بررسی شیوع عوامل خطر بیماری‌های قلبی عروقی در بین کارمندان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قم در سال1391 چکیده مقالات article abstracts پژوهشي Research <p><strong>مقدمه:</strong> بیمار یهای قلبی عروقی امروزه به عنوان یکی از عوامل تهدید کننده سلامتی انسان شناخته شده اند و لذا پژوهش حاضر به بررسی شیوع عوامل خطر بیماری های قلبی- عروقی در کارمندان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قم در سال 1391 پرداخته است.</p> <p><strong>مواد و رو شها:</strong> این مطالعه توصیفی - تحلیلی است حجم نمونه ها، با توجه به فرمول حجم نمونه برای مطالعات توصیفی- تحلیلی از نوع شیوع و با در نظر گرفتن احتمال خطای نوع اول برابر 05 / 0، دقت مطالعه برابر 25 / 0، حداقل تعداد نمونه مورد نیاز برابر 188 نفر بود. و با روش نمونه گیری طبقه بندی تصادفی انتخاب شدند، روش جمع آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه بود و داده ها با نرم افزار SPSS18 و با استفاده از آزمون های آماری توصیفی و تحلیلی (میانگین، آزمون کای دو) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.</p> <p><strong>یافته ها:</strong> در این بررسی میانگین سن افراد 3/ 8 &plusmn; 5/ 36 سال بود. در بین کارکنان زن و مرد بین میانگین مدت فعالیت بدنی (P= 0/005)، اندازه دور کمر ( 0001 / P= 0 )، سن شروع سیگار ( 001 / P= 0 ) و فشارخون ( 0001 / P= 0 ) اختلاف معنی داری وجود داشت. و نمایه توده بدنی و اندازه دور کمر با سابقه فشار خون ( 0001 / P= 0 )، سابقه چربی خون ( 0001 / P= 0 ) و سابقه دیابت ( 005 / P= 0 ) در فرد ارتباط معنی داری داشت.</p> <p><strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> در کل چون این مطالعه بر روی کارکنان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی انجام شده و اکثر آن ها با عوامل خطر بیماری قلبی عروقی آشنا بودند لذا سبک زندگی سالمی داشتند در نتیجه کمتر در معرض عوامل خطر قلبی عروقی میباشند.</p> <p><strong>Introduction:</strong> Nowadays, cardiovascular diseases are known as one of the threatening factors of humans&rsquo; health. Therefore, this study examined the prevalence of cardiovascular diseases risk factors in Qom University of Medical Sciences in 2011.<br> <strong>Methods and Materials:</strong> The present study is cross &ndash; sectional study. The sample size was equal to 0.05, regarding to the sample size formula for cross-sectional study and probability of type I error. Moreover, the accuracy of study was 0.25, and the minimum required sample size was equal to 188 individual. The samples were selected by stratified random sampling method. Data were collected using a questionnaire; moreover, descriptive and inferential statistical tests (mean, chi-square tests) were used to analyze the results by using SPSS version 18.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The mean age of participants was 36.52 &plusmn; 8.3and 81.4% of them were married. The results showed that There were significant differences between the male and female employees in the meantime physical activity (P=0.005), waist circumference (P=0.0001), age of onset of smoking (P=0.001) and blood pressure (P=0.0001).
