fa بررسی اپیدمیولوژی تب مالت در شمال و شمال غرب ایران چکیده مقالات article abstracts پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:-8.3pt;"><strong>مقدمه: </strong>تب مالت بیماری است که باعث مشکلات بهداشتی و زیان های اقتصادی فراوانی می شود. با توجه به اینکه استان های شمال و شمال غربی کشور جزء مناطق با شیوع بالایی هستند، مطالعه ای به منظور بررسی اپیدمیولوژی این بیماری در این مناطق کشور انجام شد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:-9.4pt;"><strong>مواد و روش ها: </strong>این مطالعه یک مطالعه مقطعی (توصیفی &ndash; تحلیلی) بود. جامعه آماری، بیماران مبتلا به تب مالت استان های شمال و شمال غرب کشور که بیماری آنها در فاصله شش ماهه اول سال 1393 تشخیص داده شده است، بود. از آمار توصیفی شامل جداول توزیع فراوانی و از آمار تحلیلی شامل آزمون تی با استفاده از نرم افزار <span dir="LTR">Stata</span>، جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها استفاده شد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:-9.4pt;"><strong>یافته ها:</strong> کل تعداد موارد ابتلا 2585 نفر بودند که استان آذربایجان غربی با 889 (39/34%) مورد بیشترین تعداد را داشت. بیشتر افراد مبتلا به بیماری روستایی بودند و مردها بیشتر از زنها دچار بیماری شده بودند، اما میانگین سنی بیماران در زمان ابتلا در مردان کمتر از زنان بود (<em><span dir="LTR">P</span></em><span dir="LTR">=0.001</span> ). بیشترین گروه سنی در گیر، گروه سنی 44-25 سال بود. از لحاظ مصرف فراورده های لبنیاتی و تماس با حیوانات، به ترتیب بیشترین عامل، مصرف شیر خام محلی (9/63%) و تماس با حیوان زنده (3/54%) بود.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:-9.4pt;"><strong style="line-height: 1.6em;"><span dir="RTL">بحث و نتیجه گیری: </span></strong><span dir="RTL" style="line-height: 1.6em;">تب مالت کماکان یکی از مشکلات بهداشتی </span><span dir="RTL" style="line-height: 1.6em;">در </span><span dir="RTL" style="line-height: 1.6em;">ایران </span><span dir="RTL" style="line-height: 1.6em;">به خصوص در استان های شمال و شمال غربی کشور </span><span dir="RTL" style="line-height: 1.6em;">است. با توجه به گستردگی تنوع توزیع بیماری در کشور، نیاز است </span><span dir="RTL" style="line-height: 1.6em;">یک </span><span dir="RTL" style="line-height: 1.6em;">استراتژی بهداشتی جامع</span><span dir="RTL" style="line-height: 1.6em;"> با توجه</span><span style="line-height: 1.6em;"> </span><span dir="RTL" style="line-height: 1.6em;">به خصوصیات اپیدمیولوژیکی</span><span dir="RTL" style="line-height: 1.6em;"> منطقه مورد نظر تببین شود.</span></p> <p style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Verdana; font-size: 13px; line-height: 20.8px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12px;"><strong>Introduction:</strong>&nbsp;Brucellosis is a disease that causes health problems and enormous economic&nbsp;problems.Given that the provinces of the north and northwest part of the country are with high&nbsp;prevalence, A Study was done to assess the epidemiology of the disease in the country was&nbsp;done.</span></p> <p style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Verdana; font-size: 13px; line-height: 20.8px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12px;"><strong>Methods and Materials:</strong>&nbsp;This Study is a cross-sectional study (Descriptive - Analytic).The&nbsp;population of the present study was patients with brucellosis in provinces of North and North&nbsp;West of the country that their disease has been diagnosed in the first six months of 1393.&nbsp;<span style="line-height: 1.6em;">Descriptive statistics such as frequency and analysis statistics such as t-test was used for data&nbsp;</span><span style="line-height: 1.6em;">analysis by using Stata software.</span></span></p> <p style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Verdana; font-size: 13px; line-height: 20.8px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12px;"><span style="line-height: 1.6em;"><strong>Results:</strong>&nbsp;The total number of cases were 2585 that West Azerbaijan province was highest&nbsp;</span></span><span style="font-size: 12px; line-height: 1.6em;">number with 889(34.39%) . Most people suffered from the disease were rural and men were&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size: 12px; line-height: 1.6em;">more than women, But the average age at the time of disease was significantly lower in men&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size: 12px; line-height: 1.6em;">than in women (P = 0.001). The Most group involved in the study was between 25 to 44 years.&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size: 12px; line-height: 1.6em;">In terms of consumption of dairy products and contact with animals, the highest operating was&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size: 12px; line-height: 1.6em;">local raw milk consumption with 63.9% and contact with live animals (54.3%) respectively.&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Verdana; font-size: 13px; line-height: 20.8px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12px; line-height: 1.6em;"><strong>Discussion and Conclusion:</strong>&nbsp;Brucellosis is still one of the health problems in Iran,&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size: 12px; line-height: 1.6em;">particularly in north and northwest provinces of the country.
