fa شناسایی خواسته ها و نیازهای اطلاعاتی بیماران مبتلا به HTLV-1 در رابطه با پورتال بیمار Identifying the Information Needs and Desires of Patients with HTLV-1 Regarding the Patient Portal مقالات کامل full articles پژوهشي Research مقدمه: در عرصه مراقبت‌های بهداشتی، ارائه اطلاعات باکیفیت، نقشی کلیدی در ارتقاء مشارکت بیماران در روند درمان ایفا می‌کند. این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی نیازها و خواسته‌های اطلاعاتی بیماران مبتلا به HTLV-1 در رابطه با پورتال‌های بیمار انجام شد تا زمینه‌ای برای بهبود خدمات دیجیتال سلامت فراهم شود. مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه توصیفی-مقطعی از اسفند 1402 تا اردیبهشت 1403 در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش شامل کلیه بیمارانی بود که در این بازه زمانی به کلینیک HTLV-1 مراجعه کرده بودند که به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس، 60 نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه‌ای استاندارد و از پیش تدوین‌شده بود که روایی صوری آن توسط پنج نفر از متخصصان در حوزه‌های مدیریت اطلاعات سلامت، انفورماتیک پزشکی و آمار زیستی تأیید شد و پایایی آن با روش آزمون-بازآزمون بررسی گردید (آلفای کرونباخ 78 درصد). این پرسشنامه شامل دو بخش اطلاعات دموگرافیک و هشت محور اصلی (در قالب ۴۴ گویه) بود: 1) دسترسی به انواع مختلف اطلاعات، 2) زمان دسترسی، 3) قابلیت‌های عملکردی، 4) ارتباطات، 5) ایمنی، 6) اعطای دسترسی به دیگران، 7) ملاحظات استفاده، و 8) نگرانی‌ها. تحلیل داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه ۲۴ انجام شد. از آمار توصیفی برای توصیف ویژگی‌های نمونه و از آزمون تی مستقل برای بررسی ارتباط متغیرهای دموگرافیک با مؤلفه‌های پرسشنامه استفاده گردید (سطح معناداری p≤0.05). یافته ها: از میان 60 شرکت‌کننده، 28 نفر (6/46 درصد) مرد و 32 نفر (3/53 درصد) زن بودند. میانگین سنی پاسخ‌دهندگان حدود 45 سال بود. بیشترین تمایل بیماران برای مشاهده یادآوری ملاقات (3/93 درصد)، تنظیم ملاقات آنلاین با پزشک (90 درصد)، درخواست نسخه (3/83 درصد) و مشاهده اطلاعات دارویی (3/73 درصد) گزارش شد. در مقابل، بیشترین میزان مخالفت به قابلیت‌هایی نظیر تکمیل فرم‌های آنلاین (40درصد)، واژه‌نامه پزشکی (6/46 درصد) و ثبت یادداشت شخصی در پورتال (50درصد) اختصاص یافت. بین متغیرهای دموگرافیک و مؤلفه‌های پرسشنامه نیز ارتباط معناداری یافت نشد. نتیجه گیری: مشارکت فعال بیماران در فرآیند مراقبت، عاملی مهم در ارتقاء کیفیت خدمات درمانی محسوب می‌شود و پورتال‌های سلامت می‌توانند بستری مناسب برای تقویت این مشارکت فراهم کنند. برای توسعه مؤثر این ابزارها، شناخت دقیق‌تر نگرش‌ها، نیازها و تجربیات بیماران ضروری است. Introduction: In the field of healthcare, access to high-quality information is essential for enhancing patient engagement in the care process. This study aimed to investigate the information needs and preferences of patients with HTLV-1 regarding patient portals, with the goal of informing improvements in digital health services. Materials and Methods: This descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted in Mashhad University of Medical Sciences from February to May 2025. The study population included all patients who visited the HTLV-1 clinic during the study period. 60 participants were selected using convenience sampling technique. Data were collected using a standardized, pre-designed questionnaire whose face validity was confirmed by five experts in health information management, medical informatics, and biostatistics. Test-retest reliability was assessed, yielding a Cronbach’s alpha of 0.78. The questionnaire consisted of two sections: demographic data and eight main domains with a total of 44 items: (1) access to various types of information, (2) timing of access, (3) access to functionalities, (4) communication, (5) safety, (6) partial access for others, (7) considerations for portal use, and (8) concerns related to portal use. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software version 24, applying descriptive statistics and independent t-tests to explore associations between questionnaire items and demographic variables (significance level: p ≤ 0.05). Results: Among 60 respondents, 28 (46.6%) were male and 32 (53.3%) were female with an average age of approximately 45 years. The most desired portal features included appointment reminders (93.3%), online appointment scheduling (90%), prescription requests (83.3%), and access to drug information (73.3%). Conversely, the most opposed features were completing disease-related questionnaires (40%), accessing a medical glossary (46.6%), and recording personal notes in the portal (50%). There was not any significant association between demographic characteristics and questionnaire domains. Conclusion: Active patient participation is a key factor in improving healthcare quality and patient portals can play a vital role in supporting this engagement.
