fa بررسی میزان رعایت استانداردهای مراقبتی در ریکاوری بیمارستان های منتخب اصفهان در سال 1400 Investigating the Level of Compliance with Care Standards in Recovery in Selected Hospitals in Isfahan in 1400 مقالات کامل full articles پژوهشي Research مقدمه: بخش ریکاوری یک واحد لازم برای مراقبت از بیماران در مرحله بیدار شدن بعد از بیهوشی بوده که در آن مراقبت از بیماران بر اساس استانداردهای مراقبتی،میتواند منجر به کاهش عوارض بعد از عمل و ارائه خدمات مطلوب به بیماران شود؛ب نابراین این مطالعه با هدف تعیین میزان رعایت استانداردهای مراقبتی در ریکاوری بیمارستان‌های منتخب اصفهان، انجام شد.   مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه به‌صورت تحلیلی مقطعی انجام شد و طی آن 94 نفر از کارکنان شاغل در بخش ریکاوری که دارای معیارهای ورود به مطالعه بودند،به روش نمونه‌گیری سهمیه‌ای انتخاب و وارد مطالعه شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، چک‌لیست محقق‌ساخته استانداردهای مراقبتی در بخش ریکاوری بود که شامل 40گویه(در 8 حیطه) با طیف لیکرت 3درجه‌ای بوده که بر اساس مروری بر متون درخصوص استاندارد های مراقبتی موجود برای بخش ریکاوری طراحی شد و روایی محتوای آن توسط 10 نفر از اعضای هیئت علمی به روش لاوشه و والتز و باسل انجام و مقدار CVR و CVI آن به ترتیب معادل0/62 و 0/78 به دست آمد و پایایی آن نیز به روش آلفای کرونباخ با انجام مطالعه پایلوت بر روی 30 نفر از جمعیت مشابه مطالعه اصلی، محاسبه و ضریب آلفا برابر با 0/724 شد. یافته‌ها: از تعداد 94 نفر از پرسنلی که مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند، 78/5 درصد زن بودند و میانگین سنی افراد 8/58 ± 36/52 و میانگین سابقه کاری آنان 8/41 ± 12/52 سال بود. وضعیت میزان رعایت استانداردهای مراقبتی در ریکاوری هر سه بیمارستان مورد مطالعه،نسبتا مطلوب بود و اختلاف آماری معناداری در میانگین کل نمرات میان بیمارستان‌ها وجود نداشت(0/220P= )؛ اما در زمینه میزان رعایت استانداردهای مراقبتی در حیطه‌های مراقبت از زخم جراحی (0/013P= ) و تحویل بیمار و گزارش‌نویسی(0/003P= )، اختلاف معناداری میان بخش‌های ریکاوری وجود داشت. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج به دست آماده از پژوهش حاضر حاکی از آن بود که میزان رعایت استانداردهای مراقبتی در ریکاوری بیمارستان‌های مورد بررسی در وضعیت نسبتا مطلوب قرار داشت و خرید تجهیزات لازم،استفاده از کارکنان مجرب و تازه‌کار در کنار یکدیگر و ارائه آموزش‌های کاربردی میتواند منجر به بهبود وضعیت موجود شود. <h2 style="text-align: justify;"></h2> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: Recovery unit is a necessary unit for the patients care in the wake up phase after anesthesia in which the care of patients, based on the standards of care, can lead to reduction of complications after surgery and it can provide optimal services to patients. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the level of compliance with the standards of care in recovery of selected hospitals in Isfahan. Materials and Methods: The present research was a cross-sectional study. 94 employees working in the recovery department, who met the inclusion criteria, were selected and they were entered the study by quota sampling method. The data collection tool was a researcher-made checklist of standards of care in the recovery ward. This checklist included 40 items (in 8 areas) with a 3-point Likert scale, which was designed based on a review of the literature on existing standards of care for the recovery ward. Its content validity was conducted by 10 faculty members using the Lausche, Waltz, and Bassel methods and its CVR and CVI values were 0.62 and 0.78, respectively. Its reliability was calculated using the Cronbach's alpha method by conducting a pilot study on 30 people from the same population as the main study and the alpha coefficient was 0.724. Results: Among the 94 personnel evaluated, 87.5% were women and the mean age of the subjects was 36.52 ± 8.58 and the mean of work experience was 8.41 ± 12.52 years. The level of compliance with the care standards in the recovery of all three hospitals was relatively desirable and there was not any significant difference in the mean scores between the hospitals(P=0.220); however, there was a significant difference between the recovery wards in terms of compliance with the standards of care in the areas of surgical wound care(P=0.013) and patient delivery and reporting (P=0.003). Conclusion: The results of the present study showed that the level of compliance with the standards of care in the recovery of the studied hospitals was in a relatively favorable situation.
