fa واکاوی پدیدارشناسانه دیدگاه کارکنان امور نظامی نسبت به خدمات مشاوره مقالات کامل full articles پژوهشي Research <p style="font-style: normal; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:IRANyekan;"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:150%">مقدمه:</span></span></b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:150%"> مشاوره و خدمات آن یکی از نیازهای اساسی بشر در کسب بهزیستی می&shy; باشد که دیدگاه افراد به این حوزه نقش بسزایی بر بهره‌مندی مطلوب از این امکانات دارد. از این رو، این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی دیدگاه کارکنان امور نظامی به خدمات مشاوره صورت گرفته است.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <br> <span style="line-height:150%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:150%">&nbsp;مواد و روش &shy;ها:</span></span></b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:150%"> این پژوهش به صورت کیفی و با روش پدیدارشناسی انجام شد که در آن ۱4 نفر از جامعه کارکنان شاغل در امور نظامی شهرستان بهار که به روش هدفمند انتخاب شده بودند، مشارکت داشتند و داده‌های حاصل از مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته پس از مکتوب سازی، به روش تحلیل مضمون مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <br> <span style="line-height:150%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:150%">&nbsp;یافته&shy; ها: </span></span></b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:150%">یافته &shy;ها منجر به شناسایی هشت مضمون اصلی در دیدگاه کارکنان امور نظامی به خدمات مشاوره آن ذیل عناوین: خدمات مشاوره منبع حمایتی مقبول در شرایط متعارض، خدمات مشاوره راهی برای کاهش استرس و اضطراب، خدمات مشاوره به عنوان حرفه ا</span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:150%">ی کمک رسان</span></span> <span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:150%">در کنار آمدن با اتفاقات دشوار، حرفه ای&nbsp;سودمند در مدیریت امور، روشی جهت آگاهی از خود، هموارسازی مسیر تغییر، موثر بر کاهش احتمال خطا و پشیمانی، موثر در انتخاب و تصمیم گیری های صحیح شد.<br> <br> <b>نتیجه&shy; گیری:</b> بنابراین خدمات مشاوره به عنوان یک حرفه ی یاری&shy; رسان در امور مختلف شناختی و رفتاری ادراک می&shy;شود. &nbsp;در نتیجه تقویت ارائه این خدمات در بخش های مختلف شغلی از جمله امور نظامی، در بهبود شرایط روانی و کسب رضایت مراجعین تاثیر اساسی دارد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></p> <span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span sans-serif=""><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" times="">Introduction:</span></span></span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" times=""> Counseling and its services are one of the basic needs of humans in obtaining well-being. In addition, individul&rsquo;s views in this field play a significant role in the optimal use of these facilities. Therefore, this research has been conducted with the aim of identifying the military affairs employees&rsquo; views on consulting services.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span sans-serif=""><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" times=""><b>Materials and Methods:</b> This research was conducted qualitatively with the phenomenological method. The participants were 14 employees working in the military affairs of Bahar city, who were selected in a targeted way.
