fa بررسی دانش، نگرش و عملکرد دانشجویان اتاق عمل پیرامون راهکارهای پیشگیری از مخاطرات بیولوژیکی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جیرفت مقالات کامل full articles پژوهشي Research <h1><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:yekanYW;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">مقدمه</span></b><span lang="FA">: یکی از مهم‌ترین دسته مخاطرات شغلی که اعضای گروه مراقبت از سلامت با آن روبه‌رو می‌شوند، مخاطرات بیولوژیکی ناشی از تماس با خون، مایعات بدن و سایر نمونه‌های بافتی است که می‌توانند سبب انتقال بسیاری از بیماری‌های واگیردار شوند.</span> <span lang="FA">بنابراین با توجه به اهمیت موضوع کاهش وقوع خطرات شغلی از جمله مخاطرات بیولوژیکی، مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین میزان دانش، نگرش و عملکرد دانشجویان اتاق عمل پیرامون راهکارهای پیشگیری از مخاطرات بیولوژیکی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جیرفت انجام شد.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">مواد و روش‌ها: </span></b><span lang="FA">این پژوهش مطالعه‌ای توصیفی مقطعی بود که طی آن ۷۰ نفر از دانشجویان ترم ۴، ۶ و ۸ مقطع کارشناسی رشته تکنولوژی اتاق عمل انتخاب و وارد مطالعه شدند. در این مطالعه میزان دانش، نگرش و عملکرد دانشجویان اتاق عمل پیرامون راهکارهای پیشگیری از مخاطرات بیولوژیکی با استفاده از پرسشنامه و چک لیست مشاهده‌ای محقق ساخته ارزیابی شد. داده‌ها پس از گردآوری در نرم‌افزار &nbsp;</span>&nbsp;<span dir="LTR">SPSS</span><span lang="FA">نسخه 22 با استفاده از آمار توصیفی، آزمون تی مستقل، من ویتنی و واریانس یک طرفه تجزیه و تحلیل شد. </span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">نتایج:</span></b><span lang="FA"> میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره دانش، نگرش و عملکرد دانشجویان اتاق عمل پیرامون راهکارهای پیشگیری از مخاطرات بیولوژیکی به ترتیب ۸/۴ </span><span lang="FA">&plusmn;</span><span lang="FA"> ۷/۳۳، ۲/۶ </span><span lang="FA">&plusmn;</span><span lang="FA"> ۶/۴۸ و ۶/۴ </span><span lang="FA">&plusmn;</span><span lang="FA"> ۸/۳۶ بود که نمره دانش و عملکرد در سطح متوسط و نمره نگرش در سطح مطلوب بود. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که بین نمره دانش و عملکرد با ترم تحصیلی ارتباط معناداری وجود داشت. (05/0> </span><span dir="LTR">p</span><span lang="FA">)</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">نتیجه‌گیری<a name="_Hlk174384233">:</a></span></b><span lang="FA"> با توجه به نتایج مطالعه، میزان دانش و عملکرد دانشجویان تکنولوژی اتاق عمل، در رابطه با راهکارهای پیشگیری از مخاطرات بیولوژیکی در وضعیت مطلوبی قرار ندارد. </span><a name="_Hlk174384418"></a><span lang="FA">بنابراین با توجه به اهمیت موضوع پیشگیری و به حداقل رساندن خطرات بیولوژیکی در اتاق عمل، آموزش راهکارهای لازم در این زمینه به دانشجویان اتاق عمل جهت ارتقای سطح دانش و عملکرد آن‌ها ضروری به نظر می‌رسد. </span></span></span></span></span></span></h1> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b>Introduction: </b>One of the most important occupational hazards that health care team members face is biological hazards caused by contacting with blood, body fluids, and other tissue samples that can cause the transmission of many contagious diseases. Therefore, considering the importance of reducing the occurrence of occupational hazards including biological hazards, the present study aimed to determine the knowledge, attitude and performance of operating room students regarding biological hazard prevention strategies at Jiroft University of Medical Sciences.</span></span><br> <br> <span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed">&nbsp;<b>Materials and Methods:</b> This research was a cross-sectional descriptive study in which 70 students from the 4^th, 6^th and 8^th semesters of the operating room technology field were selected and participated into the study.&nbsp; In this study, the level of knowledge, attitude and performance of operating room students regarding biological hazard prevention strategies was evaluated using a researcher-made observational questionnaire and checklist. The collected data were analyzed through descriptive statistics independent t-Test, Mann-Whitney and one-way variance using SPSS software version 22.</span></span><br> <br> <span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b>Results:</b> The mean and standard deviation of the knowledge score, attitude and performance of the operating room students regarding biological hazard prevention strategies were 33.7 &plusmn; 4.8, 48.6 &plusmn; 6.2 and 36.8 &plusmn; 4.6, respectively.&nbsp; Moreover, the performance was at an average level and the attitude score was at a favorable level.&nbsp; The findings show that there was a significant relationship between the knowledge score and performance with the academic semester.&nbsp; (p>0.05)</span></span><br> <br> <b><span style="line-height:107%">Conclusion:</span></b> <span lang="EN"><span style="line-height:107%">According to the results of the study, the level of knowledge and performance of operating room technology students is not in a favorable situation regarding biological hazard prevention strategies.
