fa بررسی وضعیت سلامت پوست کارکنان مراقبت‌های بهداشتی از نظر درماتیت: یک مرور سیستماتیک Investigating of the Skin Health Status of Healthcare Workers in Terms of Dermatitis: A Systematic Review مقالات کامل full articles مروری review <h2>مقدمه: کارکنان مراقبت‌های بهداشتی به‌دلیل ماهیت شغلی خود ملزم به رعایت مسائل بهداشتی به‌طور مکرر از جمله بهداشت دست و پوشیدن دستکش‌های محافظ می‌باشند. هدف از این مطالعه مروری بررسی وضعیت سلامت پوست کارکنان مراقبت‌های بهداشتی از نظر درماتیت می‌باشد. مواد و روش‌ها: مطالعه حاضر یک مرور سیستماتیک است که در هشت مرحله و به روش حذفی پریزما انجام شد: انتخاب موضوع، تعیین معیارهای ورود و خروج، تعیین روش جستجو با استفاده از کلیدواژه‌های مرتبط استاندارد، تعیین پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی مناسب (در این مطالعه مناسب‌ترین مکان مطالعه شامل PubMed، Scopus، Web of science، SID و Magiran و موتور جستجوگر Google scholar بود)، انتخاب مطالعات (از طریق مطالعه 124 چکیده مقاله)، ارزیابی کیفیت (در این مرحله پس از طراحی ابزار مناسب برای ارزیابی کیفیت، دو نفر پژوهشگر منابع استخراج شده را به‌طور مستقل مطالعه و امتیازدهی کردند (18 مقاله مرتبط))، استخراج داده‌ها، تحلیل داده‌ها و ارائه نتایج که مرحله نهایی است. یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها بیانگر این مطلب است که مشکلات پوستی شغلی در بین کارکنان مراقبت‌های بهداشتی شیوع بالایی دارد. از بین مشکلات و بیماری‌های پوستی شغلی، درماتیت پوستی به‌دلایل مختلف در بین این گروه از افراد شایع‌تر است. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به یافته‌های حاصل از پژوهش‌ها به نظر می‌رسد که انجام تست‌های غربالگری در بین کارکنان مراقبت‌های بهداشتی جهت پیشگیری از بیماری‌های آینده کمک‌کننده باشد. همچنین افزایش آگاهی مراقبین بهداشتی درمانی نسبت به‌علت وقوع درماتیت پوستی می‌تواند به اصلاح رفتاری و در نتیجه کاهش وقوع آن کمک کند.</h2> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: Healthcare workers are obligated to repeatedly adhere to health issues such as hand hygiene and wearing protective gloves due to the nature of their profession. The aim of this review study is to investigate the skin health status of healthcare workers in terms of dermatitis. Materials and Methods: The current study is a systematic review that was carried out in eight steps based on the prism elimination method: selecting the topic, determining the entry and exit criteria, determining the search method using standard related keywords, determining the appropriate databases (in this study, the most suitable scientific databases to search were PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, SID and Magiran and Google Scholar search engine), selection of studies (through the study of 124 article abstracts), quality assessment (at this stage, two researchers independently reviewed and scored the extracted resources after designing an appropriate tool for quality assessment (18 relevant articles)), data extraction, data analysis and presentation of results which is the final stage. Results: The findings indicate that occupational skin problems are highly prevalent among healthcare workers. Among the occupational skin issues and diseases, contact dermatitis is more common in this group of individuals due to various reasons. Conclusion: According to the findings of the research, it appears that conducting screening tests among healthcare workers can be beneficial in preventing future diseases.
