fa بررسی میزان تغییر در تقاضای خدمات پاراکلینیکی (پیرابالینی) در بحران پاندمی کووید-19 مقالات کامل full articles پژوهشي Research <h1 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:yekanYW;"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" nazanin="">مقدمه:&nbsp;</span></span></span></b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" nazanin="">بحران پاندمی کووید- 19 منجربه کاهش تقاضای خدمات بالینی و کسری درآمدهای بیمارستانی شد، اما میزان افت تقاضای خدمات پاراکلینیک مشخص نیست. لذا مطالعه حاضر به بررسی میزان افت تقاضای خدمات پاراکلینیک به عنوان مهم ترین واحدهای درآمدزای بیمارستان می پردازد.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <br> <span style="line-height:150%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" nazanin="">مواد و روش ها: </span></span></span></b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" nazanin="">مطالعه حاضر از نوع توصیفی-تحلیلی بود که به روش گذشته نگر انجام شد. تعداد مراجعین و تعداد خدمات واحدهای پاراکلینیک (آزمایشگاه، تصویربرداری، فیزیوتراپی) و همچنین خدمات دندانپزشکی و تعداد مراجعین درمانگاه های یکی از بیمارستان های عمومی آموزشی درمانی شهر تهران در 4ماهه اول سال 1398 و 1399 از واحد فناوری اطلاعات سلامت دریافت و درصد تغییرات برای تقاضای خدمات پاراکلینیک و سرپایی محاسبه شد. علاوه براین درآمد واحدهای مذکور نیز بررسی گردید.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <br> <span style="line-height:150%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" nazanin="">یافته ها: </span></span></span></b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" nazanin="">به طورکلی در بیمارستان مورد مطالعه ارائه خدمات آزمایشگاهی 70 درصد، فیزیوتراپی 58 درصد، رادیولوژی 53 درصد و خدمات پاتولوژی 35 درصد نسبت به ماه های معادل در سال پیش از آن ( 1398 )کاهش داشت. تعداد مراجعین درمانگاه ها نیز 40 درصد ریزش داشت، اما به طورکلی خدمات دندانپزشکی 42 درصد افزایش داشت.</span></span></span><br> <br> <strong><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" nazanin="">بحث و نتیجه گیری: </span></span></span></strong><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" nazanin="">با وجود اینکه بحران کرونا منجربه کاهش ارائه خدمات پاراکلینیک و سرپایی شد، اما بیمارستان مورد مطالعه با ضرردهی همراه نبود، و این امر به دلیل افزایش سالیانه تعرفه خدمات درمانی بود.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></h1> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" times="">Introduction: </span></span></span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" times="">The Covid-19 pandemic crisis led to a decrease in the demand for clinical services and a deficit in hospital revenues; however, the extent of the demand reduction for paraclinical services is not known. Therefore, the present study examines the decrease in demand for paraclinical services as the most important revenue-generating units of the hospital.</span></span></span><br> <b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" times="">Methods and Materials: </span></span></span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" times="">This descriptive-analytical study was performed through retrospective method. The number of clients and the number of services of paraclinical units (laboratory, imaging, physiotherapy) as well as dental services and the number of clients&rsquo; clinics of one of the public educational-therapeutic hospitals in Tehran city in the first 4 months of 2018 and 2019 received from the health information technology unit and the percentage of changes for Paraclinic service requests and outpatient were calculated. In addition, the income of the mentioned units was checked.</span></span></span><br> <b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" times="">Results:</span></span></span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" times=""> In the studied hospital, the provision of laboratory services decreased by 70%, physiotherapy decreased by 58%, radiology decreased by 53%, and pathology services decreased by 35% compared to the same months in the previous year (2018). The number of clients&rsquo; clinic also decreased by 40%; however, overall dental services increased by 42%.</span></span></span><br> <b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" times="">Discussion and Conclusion: </span></span></span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" times="">Although the Corona crisis led to a decrease in the provision of paraclinical and outpatient services, the studied hospital was not associated with loss.
