fa نقش واسطه ای طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه در رابطه بین سبک های حل مساله با ناامیدی در افراد اقدام کننده به خودکشی بیمارستان هاشمی نژاد مشهد The Mediating Role of Early Maladaptive Schemas in the Relationship between Problem Solving Styles and Despair in People Attempting Suicide in Hashminejad Hospital, Mashhad مقالات کامل full articles پژوهشي Research <h2 style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: خودکشی عامل اصلی مرگ و میر خشونت‌آمیز در سراسر جهان است. مهارت حل مسأله و ناامیدی به عنوان دو شاخص مهم در جهت پیش‌بینی فکر خودکشی و پیشگیری از اقدام به خودکشی در بیماران افسرده شناخته می‌شوند. هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین نقش واسطه‌ای طرح‌واره‌های ناسازگار اولیه در رابطه بین سبک‌های حل مسأله با ناامیدی در افراد اقدام‌کننده به خودکشی بیمارستان هاشمی‌نژاد مشهد بود. مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی از نوع همبستگی مبتنی بر معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه افراد اقدام کننده به خودکشی در بیمارستان هاشمی‌نژاد مشهد (آذر تا اسفند ماه ۱۴۰۱) بود که به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس، ۲۰۱ بیمار پس از کسب رضایت پرسشنامه‌ها را تکمیل کردند. ابزار مورد استفاده در این پژوهش پرسشنامه طرح‌واره‌های ناسازگار اولیه یانگ (1998)، ناامیدی بک (1994)، سبک‌های حل مسأله کسیدی و لانگ (1996) بود. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها در بخش آمار توصیفی از گزارش فراوانی، میانگین و انحراف معیار استفاده شد و از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری برای ارزیابی مدل فرضی  توسط نرم‌افزارهای spss26 و Amos24 استفاده گردید. یافته‌ها: نتایج مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که در مدل فرضی تمام شاخص‌ها برازش مناسبی داشتند و مدل مورد نظر تأیید شد. همچنین ضرایب مسیر نشان داد که مسیر مستقیم از سبک‌های حل مسأله به طرح‌واره‌های ناسازگار اولیه و ناامیدی و مسیر مستقیم از طرح‌واره‌های ناسازگار اولیه به ناامیدی مثبت و معنادار بودند. ولی مسیر مستقیم از طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه به ناامیدی معنی‌دار نبود. همچنین ضرایب غیرمستقیم نشان داد که طرح‌واره‌های ناسازگار در رابطه بین سبک‌های حل مسأله و ناامیدی نقش میانجی داشت. نتیجه گیری: براساس نتایج حاصل از پژوهش حاضر، متغیر سبک‌های حل مسأله در تعامل با نقش واسطه‌ای طرح‌واره‌های ناسازگار اولیه در تبیین ناامیدی در افراد اقدام‌کننده به خودکشی نقش ایفا می‌کند. بنابراین سبک‌های حل مسأله می‌تواند میزان ناامیدی بیماران اقدام کننده به خودکشی را پیش‌بینی کند.</h2> Introduction: Suicide is the main leading causes of death worldwide. Problem solving skills and hopelessness are known as two important indicators for predicting suicidal thoughts and preventing suicide attempts in depressed patients. The aim of the present study was to investigate the mediating role of early maladaptive schemas in the relationship between problem solving styles and despair in people attempting suicide in Hashminejad Hospital of Mashhad. Materials and Methods: This research was a descriptive correlational study based on Structural Equation Model. The statistical population of the study included all the people who attempted suicide in Hashminejad Hospital of Mashhad (December to March in 2022); moreover, 201 patients completed the questionnaires after obtaining their consent. The instruments of present research included Yang’s (1998) primary maladaptive schema questionnaire, Beck’s (1974) frustration, and Cassidy and Long’s (1996) problem solving styles. In order to analyze the data in the descriptive statistics section, frequency report, mean and standard deviation were used and path analysis was used to evaluate the hypothetical model by SPSS software version 26 and Amos software version 24. Results: The results of the Structural Equation Model showed that all the indicators had a good fit in the hypothetical model and the desired model was confirmed. Furthermore, the path coefficients showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between direct paths from problem solving styles to early maladaptive schemas and problem solving style to despaire. However, there was not any significant relationship between the direct path from early maladaptive schemas to despair. Additionally, the indirect coefficients showed that early maladaptive schemas played a mediating role in the relationship between problem solving styles and despair. Conclusion: Based on the results of the present research, the variable of problem-solving styles plays a role in the interaction with the mediating role of primary incompatible schemas in explaining despair in people attempting to commit suicide.
