fa ارزیابی سطح آگاهی دانشجویان و پرتوکاران در مورد اصول حفاظت پرتویی و مبانی فیزیکی سیستم های رادیوگرافی دیجیتال مقالات کامل full articles پژوهشي Research <h1><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:yekanYW;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="">مقدمه: </span></span></span></b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="">آگاهی<b> </b>پرتوکاران در خصوص اصول حفاظت پرتویی و مبانی فیزیکی دستگاههای رادیولوژی دیجیتال می تواند نقش مهمی در کسب تصاویر با کیفیت و کاهش دوز بیماران داشته باشد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر، ارزیابی سطح آگاهی دانشجویان و پرتوکاران استان خراسان در زمینه اصول حفاظت پرتویی و اصول فیزیکی سیستم های تصویربرداری دیجیتال می باشد.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="">مواد و روش ها:</span></span></span></b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin=""> در این مطالعه از یک پرسشنامه<span style="background-color:#ffffff;"> </span><span style="background:yellow"><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">با سوالاتی در مورد رادیوگرافی دیجیتال</span></span> که روایی و پایایی آن مورد تایید قرار گرفته بود استفاده گردید. قسمت اول پرسشنامه شامل سوالات دموگرافیک بود. قسمت دوم شامل 11 سوال در مورد اصول حفاظت پرتویی و 11 سوال در مورد مبانی فیزیکی کار با دستگاه‌های رادیوگرافی دیجیتال بود. در صورت صحیح بودن پاسخ یک نمره مثبت و دیگر گزینه ها نمره صفر در نظر گرفته شد. قسمت سوم که مخصوص پرتوکاران بود شامل یک سوال در خصوص شرکت در کارگاه های آموزشی قبلی بود.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="">یافته ها:</span></span></span></b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin=""> سطح آگاهی در مورد اصول حفاظت پرتویی در پرتوکاران (نمره 14/45&nbsp;</span></span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:107%">&plusmn;</span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin=""> 49/08) به طور معنی داری بیشتر از دانشجویان (نمره 16/99&nbsp;</span></span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:107%">&plusmn;</span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin=""> 66/36) بود (0/05 > </span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:107%">P</span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="">). سطح آگاهی در مورد مبانی فیزیکی در دانشجویان (نمره 17/09&nbsp;</span></span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:107%">&plusmn;</span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin=""> 54/27) به طور معنی داری بیشتر از پرتوکاران (نمره 10/45&nbsp;</span></span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:107%">&plusmn;</span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin=""> 39/36) بود (0/05 > </span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:107%">P</span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="">). سطح آگاهی در مورد اصول فیزیکی با سن و سابقه کار ارتباط معنی دار و منفی داشت (0/05 > </span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:107%">P</span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="">).</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="">بحث و نتیجه گیری:</span></span></span></b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin=""> سطح آگاهی پرتوکاران در مورد مبانی فیزیکی سیستم های تصویربرداری دیجیتال ناکافی است. افزایش سطح آگاهی پرتوکاران در این زمینه از طریق توسعه برنامه های آموزش مداوم ضروری می باشد. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></h1> <span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><b><span new="" roman="" times="">Introduction: </span></b><span new="" roman="" times="">Radiographers&rsquo; awareness about the principles of radiation protection and the physical principles of digital radiology devices can play an important role in obtaining quality images and reducing the dose of patients. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the level of students and radiologists awareness of Khorasan province in the field of radiation protection principles and physical principles of digital imaging systems.</span><br> <b><span new="" roman="" times="">Methods and Materials: </span></b><span new="" roman="" times="">A digital radiography questionnaire was used in this study whose validity and reliability were confirmed. The first part of the questionnaire included demographic questions. The second part included 11 questions about the principles of radiation protection and 11 questions about the physical basics of working with digital radiography devices. If the answer is correct, a positive score is given and other options are given a zero score. The third part, which was specific to radiographers, included a question about participating in previous training workshops.</span><br> <b><span new="" roman="" times="">Results: </span></b><span new="" roman="" times="">The level of awareness about the principles of radiation protection in radiographers (score 49.08 &plusmn; 14.45) was significantly higher than that of students (score 66.63 &plusmn; 16.99) (P < 0.05). The level of awareness about physical basics in students (score 54.27 &plusmn; 17.09) was significantly higher than radiographers (score 39.36 &plusmn; 10.45) (P < 0.05). The level of awareness about physical principles had a significant and negative relationship with age and work experience (P < 0.05).</span><br> <b><span new="" roman="" times="">Discussion and Conclusion: </span></b><span new="" roman="" times="">Radiographer&rsquo;s level of awareness about the physical basics of digital imaging systems is insufficient.
