fa کروناویروس و اثرات آن بر سیستم عصبی: مطالعه مروری Coronavirus and its Effects on the Nervous System: A Review Article مقالات کامل full articles مروری review <h1>مقدمه: ویروس کرونا می تواند قسم تهای مختلف بدن را تحت تاثیر قرار دهد. به طوری که قسم تهای مختلف سیستم عصبی از جمله بافت مغز و مایع مغزی نخاعی در جریان این بیماری درگیر شده و تظاهرات عصبی مختلفی ظاهر می شود. هدف از این مطالعه مروری، بررسی اثرات ویروس کرونا بر سیستم عصبی است. مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه از پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی PubMed، Scopus، Google scholar، SID و Magiran جهت جستجوی کلمات کلیدی سیستم عصبی، کروناویروس، کووید-19 و معادل انگلیسی آنها شامل nervous system، coronavirus و covid-19 در فاصله زمانی 2019 تا 2023 استفاده شد. تعداد 135 مقاله استخراج گردید و نهایتا 19 مقاله وارد مطالعه شد. یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها بیانگر این مطلب است که ویروس کرونا با حمله به سیستم عصبی انسان می‌تواند باعث ایجاد طیفی از تغییرات و عوارض عصبی از جمله اختلال در هوشیاری، اضطراب، افسردگی، حوادث حاد عروق مغزی، سکته مغزی و انسفالیت ویروسی شود. اختلالات چشایی و بویایی و آنوسمی (به دلیل آسیب اپیتلیال بویایی توسط ویروس مربوطه) از شایع‌ترین علائم عصبی ناگهانی کووید-19 است که مربوط به درگیری سیستم عصبی محیطی است. همچنین گزارش‌هایی مبنی بر ارتباط احتمالی بین کروناویروس‌ها و  MS وجود دارد. بحث و نتیجه گیری: از داده‌های موجود می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که طیف وسیعی از عوارض عصبی گزارش شده در ارتباط با کووید-19 ناشی از اثرات مستقیم ویروس بر روی سیستم عصبی است، اما این اثرات هنوز به طور کامل مشخص نشده است و نیاز به تحقیقات گسترده‌تری وجود دارد. همچنین برای شناسایی هر چه بهتر این ویروس باید برای رفع چالش‌ها تدابیری اتخاذ شود تا علائم آسیب‌شناسی عصبی زودتر تشخیص داده شده و قبل از آسیب جبران‌ناپذیر مداخله درمانی انجام شود.</h1> Introduction: Coronavirus can affect different parts of the body. So that different parts of the nervous system including brain tissue and cerebrospinal fluid are involved during this disease and various neurological manifestations appear. The purpose of this review study is to investigate the effects of coronavirus on the nervous system. Methods and Materials: In this review, PubMed, Scopus, Google Scholar, SID, and Magiran databases were used to search for nervous system, Coronavirus, and Covid-19 keywords and their English equivalents from the years of 2019 to 2023. 135 articles were extracted and 19 articles were included in the study. Results: The findings indicate that the coronavirus can cause a range of neurological changes and complications by invading the human nervous system, including impaired consciousness, anxiety, depression, acute cerebrovascular events, stroke, and viral encephalitis. Taste and smell disorders and anosmia (due to olfactory epithelial damage by the respective virus) are among the most common sudden neurological symptoms of Covid-19, which are related to the involvement of the peripheral nervous system. There have also been reports of a possible relationship between coronaviruses and MS. Discussion and Conclusion: The available data indicate that a wide range of neurological complications reported in connection with Covid-19 are caused by the direct effects of the virus on the nervous system; however, these effects have not been fully determined yet and there is a need for more extensive research.
