fa رابطه ی نیمرخ نیازهای گلسر با مدیریت ارتباط با بیمار و شایستگی دلسوزی در پیراپزشکان بیمارستان‌های شهر همدان Relationship between Glaser Needs Profile with Patient Communication Management and Compassionate Competence in Paramedics in Hamedans Hospital مقالات کامل full articles كاربردي Applicable مقدمه: پیراپزشکان اعضای کادر درمان هستند که با بیماران تعامل کوتاه و بلندمدت زیادی دارند و ارتباط آن‌ها با بیمار اهمیت زیادی در انجام خدمات دارد. این پژوهش در صدد است رابطه‌ی بین نیازهای اساسی در دیدگاه گلسر با ارتباط با بیمار و توانایی دلسوزی را بسنجد. مواد و روش‌ها: روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی همبستگی میباشد. جامعه‌ی آماری این پژوهش را همه‌ی پیراپزشکان شاغل در بیمارستان‌های شهر همدان، در سال 1400، به تعداد 571 نفر تشکیل داده‌اند، که با توجه به جدول مورگان، از میان آن‌ها، تعداد 230 نفر به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای، به عنوان نمونه‌ی پژوهش انتخاب شدند. برای سنجش متغیرهای پژوهش از پرسشنامه‌ی نیازهای گلسر( 1999)، پرسشنامه‌ی ارتباط با بیمار وکیلی و همکاران(1391) و پرسشنامه‌ی شایستگی دلسوزی نیرومندان و آهی(1398)، استفاده شده است. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین نیاز به عشق و احساس تعلق و ارتباط با بیمار و شایستگی دلسوزی ارتباط وجود دارد(0/05p< )؛ بین نیاز به قدرت و ارتباط با بیمار و شایستگی دلسوزی ارتباط وجود دارد(0/05p< )؛ و همچنین بین نیاز به آزادی و شایستگی دلسوزی ارتباط وجود دارد(0/05; P> برابری میانگین=H0)؛ اما بین نیاز به بقا و ارتباط با بیمار ارتباط معناداری یافت نشد(0/05>P   ; برابری میانگین=H0). بحث و نتیجه گیری: با توجه به رابطه‌ی یافته شده بین نیاز به عشق و احساس تعلق و نیاز به قدرت با مدیریت ارتباط با بیمار و شایستگی دلسوزی و همچنین رابطه‌ی نیاز به آزادی و شایستگی دلسوزی، از این نکته میتوان در گزینش نیروهای بیمارستانی و به کارگیری به جای آن‌ها استفاده کرد. بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش افراد با نیاز به عشق و احساس تعلق میتوانند، افراد مناسبی برای کار در بیمارستان باشند، همچنین افراد با نیاز به قدرت و آزادی بالا در صورت هدایت درست این نیازها میتوانند افراد مناسبی در این حرفه باشند.   Introduction: Paramedics are members of the medical staff who have a lot of short and long-term interaction with patients. Moreover, their relationship with the patient is very important in providing services. This research aims to measure the relationship between the basic needs in Glaser’s view with patient communication and it measures the ability of empathizing. Methods and Materials: The method of the present study is descriptive correlational research. The statistical population of this research was made up of 571 paramedics working in the hospitals of Hamedan, in 2022. According to Morgan’s table, 230 of them were selected as the research sample by stratified random sampling method. Golsar’s needs questionnaire (1999), Vakili et al.’s patient communication questionnaire (2013) and Niroumendan and Ahi’s compassion competence questionnaire (2018) were used to measure the research variables. Results: The results showed that there is a relationship between the need for love and feeling of belonging and connection with patient and the competence of compassion (p<0.05). There is a relationship between the need for power with patient communication and the competence of compassion (p<0.05). In addition, there is a relationship between the need for freedom and the competence of compassion (P>0.05;  mean equality=H0); however, there is not any significant relationship between the need for survival and communication with the patient (P<0.05; mean equality=H0). Discussion and Conclusions: Considering the relationship found between the need for love and the feeling of belonging and the need for power with patient communication and the competence of compassion, as well as the relationship between the need for freedom and compassion competence, this point can be used in the selection of hospital staff and employing a person in a part of the hospital that suits for their needs. According to the findings of the research, people with a need for love and a sense of belonging can be suitable person to work in a hospital.
