fa بررسی امکان سنجی پیاده سازی فناوری پزشکی از راه دور براساس زیر ساخت های موجود در بیمارستان های آموزشی شهرستان فردوس Investigating the Feasibility of Implementing Telemedicine Technology based on the Existing Infrastructure in Ferdows Teaching Hospitals مقالات کامل full articles پژوهشي Research <h2>مقدمه: برای پیاده &lrm;سازی موفق و استفاده‌ بهینه از فناوری پزشکی از راه دور، باید زیرساخت‌های لازم و عوامل موفقیت این فناوری مورد توجه قرار گیرند. پژوهش حاضر، با هدف بررسی امکان&lrm; سنجی پیاده&lrm; سازی فناوری پزشکی از راه دور بر اساس زیرساخت&lrm; های موجود در دو بیمارستان &lrm; آموزشی شهرستان فردوس انجام گردید. مواد و روش ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی-مقطعی بود که در بیمارستان&rlm; های آموزشی شهرستان فردوس در سال 1400 انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش شامل 49 نفر از پزشکان، مسئولان واحد فناوری اطلاعات و مدیران می باشد. در این مطالعه از روش سرشماری استفاده و تمامی جامعه پژوهش به عنوان نمونه در نظر گرفته‌ شدند. ابزار جمع&rlm; آوری داده &rlm;ها، پرسشنامه قاسمی و همکاران بود که دارای 44 سوال چند گزینه&rlm; ای و متشکل از 6 بخش می&lrm; باشد و به منظور سنجش آگاهی کارکنان و امکان &rlm;سنجی پیاده&rlm; سازی فناوری اطلاعات در بیمارستان&rlm; ها ایجاد شده ‌&zwj;‌است. پایایی پرسشنامه با روش آلفای کرونباخ 87% بدست آمده است. پرسشنامه&rlm; ها با رویکرد دسترسی آسان و با مراجعه حضوری به افراد ارائه گردیدند.پس از تکمیل پرسشنامه&rlm; ها، اطلاعات وارد نرم &rlm;افزار آماری SPSS نسخه 16 گردیدند و جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده&rlm; ها از آمار توصیفی (فراوانی، میانگین و درصد) استفاده شد. یافته&rlm; ها: 49 نفر از کارکنان در این مطالعه شرکت کردند. با وجود امکان برقراری ارتباط بین سیستم &rlm;های بخش &rlm;های هر بیمارستان، بیش از 70 درصد کارکنان به اینترنت پرسرعت دسترسی نداشته و امکان اتصال از خارج بیمارستان برای آن&rlm; ها وجود نداشت. میزان آشنایی کارکنان با فناوری پزشکی از راه دور در سطح مناسبی قرار داشت(72/1درصد). همچنین برنامه استراتژیک بیمارستان&rlm; های مورد مطالعه، دربرگیرنده برنامه پزشکی از راه دور بود، اما تاکنون خدمات پزشکی از راه دور در این بیمارستان‌ها ارائه نشده‌است. ارائه آموزش(92/3 درصد)، ارائه مراقبت(84/6 درصد)، پذیرش بیمار(76/9درصد)، انجام مشاوره(69/2 درصد) و انجام اعمال جراحی(15/3درصد) مهمترین کاربردهای این فناوری از دیدگاه افراد مورد مطالعه بودند. همچنین مشکلات بیمه و بازپرداخت(100 درصد) و کمبود کادر فنی(100 درصد) به عنوان موانع زیرساختی برای پیاده‌سازی فناوری پزشکی از راه دور مطرح شدند. بحث و نتیجه &rlm;گیری: با وجود فراهم بودن برخی زیرساخت&rlm; های پزشکی از راه دور در بیمارستان &rlm;های شهرستان فردوس، این بیمارستان&rlm; ها هنوز قادر به ارائه خدمات پزشکی از راه دور نمی&rlm; باشند. لذا پیشنهاد می &rlm;شود اقداماتی جهت فراهم &rlm;سازی امکانات و زیرساخت&rlm; های لازم در این راستا انجام شوند.</h2> Introduction: For the successful implementation and optimal use of telemedicine technology, this technology’s necessary infrastructure and success factors should be considered. The present study was conducted to investigate the feasibility of implementing telemedicine technology based on the existing infrastructure in two teaching hospitals of Ferdows city. Methods and Materials: The current cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted in the teaching hospitals of Ferdows city in 2022. The population included 49 doctors, information technology unit staffs, and managers. In this study, the census method was used and all population was considered as a sample. Data were collected through Ghasemi et al.’s questionnaire, which has 44 multiple-choice questions and it consists of 6 sections. This questionnaire was created to measure the awareness of employees and the feasibility of implementing information technology in hospitals. The reliability of the questionnaire was obtained by Cronbach’s alpha method of 87%. Questionnaires were presented to people with an easy access and face to face approach. After completing the questionnaires, the information was entered into SPSS software version 16. Moreover, data were analyzed using descriptive statistics (frequency, mean and percentage). Results: 49 employees were participated in this study. Despite the possibility of communicating between the systems of each hospital’s departments, more than 70% of the employees did not have access to highspeed Internet and they couldn’t connect from outside the hospital. The level of familiarity of employees with telemedicine technology was at an appropriate level (72.1 %). Furthermore, the strategic plan of the studied hospitals included a telemedicine program. However, telemedicine services have not been provided in these hospitals yet. Providing education (92.3 %), providing care (84.6 %), admitting patients(76.9 %), consulting(69.2 %) and performing surgeries (15.3 %)were the most important applications of this technology from the point of view of the participents. Moreover, the problems of insurance and reimbursement (100%) and the lack of technical staff (100%) were raised as infrastructural obstacles for the implementation of telemedicine technology. Discussion and Conclusion: Despite the availability of some telemedicine infrastructure in the hospitals of Ferdows city, these hospitals are still not able to provide telemedicine services.
