fa مروری به بیماری زایی و مکانیسم مقاومت دارویی در اسینتوباکتر بومانی مقالات کامل full articles مروری review <p><span style="font-family:IRANyekan;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri=""><b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" nazanin="">مقدمه: </span></span></span></b><i><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" nazanin="">اسینتوباکتر بومانی</span></span></span></i><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" nazanin=""> باکتری گرم منفی بوده و از عفونت های مهم و بسیار مقاوم دارویی بیمارستان می باشد. <i>اسینتوباکتر بومانی</i> بعد از <i>استافیلوکوکوس اروئوس</i> و <i>سودوموناس آئروژینوزا</i> جزء باکتری های عفونت زای مقاوم به چند دارو می باشد هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی مروری بیماری زایی و مکانیسم مقاومت دارویی در اسینتوباکتر بومانی می باشد. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:IRANyekan;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri=""><b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" nazanin="">مواد و روش ها</span></span></span></b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" nazanin="">: در این مطالعه از پایگاه های علمی بین المللی </span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" times="">PubMed</span></span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" nazanin="">، </span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" times="">Scopus</span></span></span><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" nazanin=""> و موتورجست و جوی </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" times="">Google Scholar</span></span></span><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" nazanin=""> برای بررسی مقالات استفاده شد.از تعداد 150 مقاله بدست آمده 105 مقاله با متن کامل مورد استفاده در این مطالعه مروری قرار گرفت و مقالاتی که دارای چکیده بوده و دریافت پولی را داشتند از مطالعه حذف شدند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:IRANyekan;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri=""><b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" nazanin="">یافته ها</span></span></span></b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" nazanin="">: با بررسی مطالعات انجام شده در بیشتر کشورهای دنیا میزان مقاومت دارویی در این باکتری رو به رشد می باشد. این باکتری مکانیسم خاص مقاومت را به خوبی کسب کرده است که این مسئله باعث نگرانی جهانی نسبت به این ارگانیسم می باشد. ژن های تولید کننده آنزیم بتالاکتاماز مانند </span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" times="">OXA</span></span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" nazanin="">ها، </span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" times="">TEM</span></span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" nazanin=""> و سایر آنزیم ها شیوع گسترده دارند. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:IRANyekan;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri=""><b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" nazanin="">بحث و نتیجه گیری</span></span></span></b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" nazanin="">: در کشورهای کمتر توسعه یافته با مصرف بی رویه آنتی بیوتیک در جامعه و در اکثر موارد بدون کشت از عوامل بیماری زا سبب بوجود آمدن و کسب ژن های مقاومت توسط ارگانیسم می گردد که توصیه می گردد پزشکان در بیمارستان قبل از اقدام به درمان بیماران بستری درخواست کشت میکروبی از نمونه های عفونی گردد تا جلوی مقاومت در حد امکان گرفته شود.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span>&nbsp;</span></span></p> <span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="line-height:150%"><span calibri=""><b><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" times="">Introduction: </span></span></b><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" times="">Acinetobacter baumannii is a gram negative and it is one of the most important and drugresistance infections in hospitals.After Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Acinetobacter baumannii is one of the included multidrug resistance infectious bacteria. The aim of this study is to review of pathogenesis and drug-resistance mechanisms in Acinetobacter baumannii.</span></span><br> <b><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" times="">Methods and Materials: </span></span></b><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" times="">International scientific databases including PubMed, Scopus and google scholar were used to review the articles. Out of the 150 articles obtained, only 105 of them with full text have been used in the study. Moreover, articles with abstracts and those received money were excluded from the study.</span></span><br> <b><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" times="">Results: </span></span></b><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" times="">The rate of drug resistance is growing by examining the scientific papers in most countries of the world. This bacterium gained a specific mechanism of resistance which is a cause of global concern for this organism. Beta-lactamase enzyme producing genes such as OXA, TEM and others are widespread.</span></span><br> <b><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" times="">Discussion and Conclusion: </span></span></b><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" times="">In less developed countries, with the indiscriminate use of antibiotics in the society and, in most cases, without the cultivation of pathogenic agents, it causes the emergence and acquisition of resistance genes by the organism.
