fa گزارش یک مورد از شیفت مثانه به دلیل یبوست مقالات کامل full articles گزارش مورد case report &nbsp;<span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">مقدمه:</span></span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"> یبوست یک مشکل شایع گوارشی است که به شکل قابل توجهی بر کیفیت زندگی افراد تاثیر گذار می باشد. </span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black">اتساع رکتوم در اثر یبوست می تواند سبب انسداد خروجی مثانه&nbsp; شود؛&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black">لذا در این گزارش یک مورد از شیفت مثانه به دلیل یبوست ارائه می شود.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black">گزارش مورد: </span></span></span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black">بیمار نوجوان 14 ساله ای که در 9 سالگی دچار یبوست خفیف شده و برای دفع مدفوع مجبور به زور زدن<br> بوده و این مورد تا سن 14 سالگی ادامه داشته و جهت درمان از داروهای ملین طبق دستور پزشک استفاده می کرده است. 3 ماه قبل از مراجعه به بیمارستان در شهریور ماه نیز به دلیل درد سمت راست شکم و تهوع به بیمارستان مراجعه داشته و پس از رد آپاندیسیت، بیمار انما گردیده و پس از دفع مدفوع تهوع نیز رفع گردیده و با دستور دارویی ادامه ملین، بیمار ترخیص گردیده بود. آخرین بار با علائم کاهش وزن و درد شدید و لمس و رویت توده سفت شکم در سمت راست و بی اشتهایی به بیمارستان مراجعه کرده و در شرح حال بیمار، سابقه یبوست از یک ماه قبل که هر سه روز دفع نداشته و بعد از سه روز دفع نرمال بوده و سابقه خون در مدفوع، تب و لرز، استفراغ، تهوع، ملنا و خون ریزی از مقعد نیز نداشته است. در سونوگرافی&nbsp;تصویر توده کیستیک حجیم در شکم و لگن مشهود بود به طوری که از ناحیه ساب دیافراگماتیک&nbsp;(subdiaphragmatic)&nbsp;داخل&nbsp;لگن امتداد داشت و هیدرونفروز&nbsp;(Hydronephrosis)&nbsp;و اتساع حالب دو طرفه گزارش شده بود و علائم بالینی و تست های&nbsp;آزمایشگاهی زمینه را برای تایید تشخیص سارکوما(Sarcoma)&nbsp;فراهم کرده بود که پس از عمل جراحی نتیجه مطرح کننده&nbsp;شیفت مثانه به دلیل یبوست بود.<br> <strong>بحث و نتیجه گیری:</strong> شناخت عوامل موثر و پیامدهای نادر یبوست اهمیت به سزایی در درمان و بهبود بیماران دارد شیفت مثانه<br> به دلیل یبوست از عوارض نادر آن می باشد که بررسی دقیق تر در این زمینه را می طلبد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span> <strong>Introduction:</strong> Constipation is a common digestive problem that significantly affects people&rsquo;s quality of life. Dilatation of the rectum caused by constipation can block the outlet of the bladder. Therefore, this report presents a case of bladder shift due to constipation.<br> <strong>Case Report:</strong> A 14-year-old adolescent patient who suffered from mild constipation at the age of 9 and he had to push to defecate. This case continued until the age of 14 and he used laxatives for treatment based on the doctor&rsquo;s instructions. 3 months ago, he was referred to the hospital due to right abdominal pain and nausea. After rejecting appendicitis, the patient had enema. Moreover, the nausea was eliminated after defecation. The patient was discharged with the continuation of laxative medication. The last time, he went to the hospital with symptoms of weight loss, severe pain, touching and seeing a tight mass on the right side of the abdomen, and anorexia. In the patient&rsquo;s history, a history of constipation from one month ago indicated that he did not have defecation for three days. Defecation was normal after three days. There was no history of blood in the stool, fever, chills, vomiting, nausea, melena and rectal bleeding. Ultrasound showed a large cystic mass in the abdomen and pelvis extending from the subdiaphragmatic<br> area to the inside of the pelvis. In addition, bilateral hydronephrosis and ureteral dilatation were reported. Clinical signs and Para clinical tests provide a background to confirm the diagnosis of sarcoma carcinoma. After surgery, the result showed a bladder shift due to constipation.<br> Discussion and Conclusion: Understanding the effective factors and rare consequences of constipation is very important in the treatment and recovery of patients.
