fa ارتباط بین مشخصات دموگرافیک با میزان رعایت اخلاق حرفه ای در دانشجویان اتاق عمل دانشگاه علوم پزشکی همدان مقالات کامل full articles پژوهشي Research <strong>مقدمه</strong>: اخلاق حرفه ای جزء لاینفک در کلیه ابعاد ارائه خدمات درمانی بوده و در سال های اخیر با افزایش موارد معضلات مربوط به اخلاق پزشکی، ترویج اخلاق حرفه ای در میان دانشجویان علوم پزشکی به خصوص آن هایی که با بیمار در ارتباط مستقیم هستند، اهمیت خاصی یافته است، این مطالعه با هدف تعیین ارتباط بین تجارب بالینی دانشجویان اتاق عمل و میزان رعایت اخلاق حرفه ای اجرا شده است<strong>.</strong><br> <strong>مواد و روش‌ها:</strong> این مطالعه توصیفی-تحلیلی بر روی دانشجویان کارشناسی اتاق عمل اجرا شد. نمونه گیری به صورت سرشماری و شامل کلیه دانشجویان ترم4،ترم6 و ترم8 کارشناسی اتاق عمل که معیارهای ورود به مطالعه را داشتند، انجام گرفت. داده ها توسط پرسشنامه استاندارد اخلاق حرفه ای و پرسشنامه اطلاعات دموگرافیک جمع آوری شده و توسط نرم افزار <strong><span dir="LTR">spss </span></strong>&nbsp;نسخه 21 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>در این مطالعه توصیفی-تحلیلی، 87 دانشجو با میانگین سنی 22/51 مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند که 35 نفر از آن ها مرد و 51 نفر زن بودند. یافته ها نشان می دهد که بین ترم تحصیلی و به تبع آن میزان تجربه حضور دانشجویان در بالین و اخلاق حرفه ای، ارتباط معناداری وجود دارد (<strong><span dir="LTR">p=0.011</span></strong>). همچنین یافته ها رابطه معنادار بین سن و اخلاق حرفه ای را نشان می داد (<strong><span dir="LTR">p=0.020</span></strong>) ولی رابطه ای بین قومیت، معدل و جنس و اخلاق حرفه ای یافت نشد.<br> <strong><span dir="RTL">بحث و </span><span dir="RTL">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></strong><span dir="RTL"> نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد افزایش تجربه بالینی دانشجویان و درگیری نزدیک با مسائل و مشکلات موجود در اتاق عمل به همراه آموزش های تئوری و عملی در محیط بالین، باعث افزایش میزان رعایت اخلاق حرفه ای در دانشجویان و بعدها به عنوان پرسنل در محیط بالین می شود.</span> <strong>Introduction: </strong>The professional ethics is the integral part of all dimensions of providing health care services. In recent years, promotion of the professional ethics among medical sciences students becomes very important particularly the ones which are directly in contact with patients. This study aimed to define the relationship between clinical experiences of the operating theater students and the level of adherence to professional ethics.<br> <strong>Methods and Materials: </strong>The descriptive-analytical study was carried out among 87 undergraduate students of operating theater. The sampling was done by census and included all of the 4th, 6th and 8th semester undergraduate students of operating theater which met the criteria to involve in the study. The data were collected by the standard questionnaire of professional ethics and the demographic information questionnaire. Then, they were analyzed by SPSS software version 21.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>87 students were participated in this descriptive-analytical study. 35 of them were men (40.2%) and 51 of them were women (58.6%). In this research, the average age was estimated as 22.51 years. The results indicated that there was a significant relationship between the semester, and as its consequence, the clinical experience of the students and professional ethics (p = 0.011).
