fa تاثیر برگزاری دوره آموزشی اخلاق حرفه ای در برنامه درسی دانشجویان علوم آزمایشگاهی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی همدان در سال 1399 مقالات کامل full articles پژوهشي Research <strong>مقدمه:</strong>آموزش درس اخلاق حرفه ای در دوره های تحصیلی دانشگاهی از اهمیت به سزایی برخوردار است. با توجه به این که دوره مذکور در برنامه درسی دانشجویان مقطع کارشناسی رشته علوم آزمایشگاهی در نظر گرفته نشده است، بر آن شدیم که دوره آموزشی اخلاق حرفه ای را جهت دانشجویان فوق برگزار نموده و سپس دوره مذکور را ارزیابی کنیم.<br> <strong>مواد و روش ها</strong>: این مطالعه نیمه تجربی به روش نمونه گیری سرشماری بر روی 32 نفر دانشجوی علوم آزمایشگاهی انجام گرفت. &nbsp;ارزشیابی طرح نیز با استفاده از پرسش نامه مدل ارزشیابی کریک پاتریک (Kirkpatrick Evaluation) (در حیطه های واکنش، یادگیری، رفتاری و نتایج دانشگاهی) بود که دانشجویان به 45 سوال آن پاسخ دادند. داده های حاصل نیز با استفاده از آزمون های آماری تی مستقل و تحلیل انحراف معیار در نرم افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.<br> <strong>یافته ها:</strong> میانگین نمره کلی ارزشیابی دانشجویان علوم آزمایشگاهی از برنامه درسی اخلاق حرفه ای 190/09 با انحراف معیار 15/98 بود. با توجه شاخص های ارزشیابی (نمره 45 تا 90: ضعیف، نمره 90 تا 135: متوسط، نمره بالاتر از 135: عالی)، &nbsp;ارزشیابی دانشجویان مورد بررسی از برنامه درسی اخلاق حرفه ای در حد عالی بود. میانگین نمره اخلاق حرفه ای در گروه های مختلف به تفکیک مدرک تحصیلی دیپلم، جنس و سن، اختلاف معنادار نداشت.&nbsp;<br> <strong>بحث و نتیجه گیری</strong>: نتایج حاصل از مطالعه نشان داد که آموزش درس اخلاق حرفه ای برای دانشجویان علوم آزمایشگاهی امری ضروری به نظر می رسد. لذا گنجاندن این دوره آموزشی در برنامه درسی رشته علوم آزمایشگاهی پیشنهاد می شود.<br> &nbsp; <strong>Introduction: </strong>Teaching professional ethics is very important in university courses. Considering that the mentioned course has not been seen in the curriculum of undergraduate students in laboratory sciences, we decided to hold a professional ethics course for the above students. Then we decided to evaluate the mentioned course.<br> <strong>Methods and Materials: </strong>This quasi-experimental study was performed on 32 laboratory science students by census sampling method. The evaluation of the project was performed using the Creek Patrick evaluation model questionnaire (in the areas of reaction, learning, behavior and academic outcomes) that students answered 45 questions. The obtained data were analyzed using independent t-test and One-way ANOVA in SPSS software.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>The average overall evaluation score of laboratory science students in the professional ethics is 190.09 with a standard deviation of 15.98, which is excellent based on the evaluation indicators. There is no significant difference in the average evaluation score in term of diploma major, gender and age.<br> <strong>Discussion and Conclusion: </strong>The results of the study showed that teaching professional ethics is essential for laboratory science students.
