fa مروری بر اقدامات لازم قبل، حین و بعد از زایمان در زنان باردار مبتلا به کووید19 و نوزادان متولد شده از آنها در بازه زمانی یازدهم مارس2020 تا نهم مارس 2021) مقالات کامل full articles مروری review <strong>مقدمه:</strong> در دوران شیوع بیماری&shy;های عفونی، زنان باردار، جنین، یا نوزادان تازه متولد شده نسبت به سایر جمعیت&shy;ها در معرض مخاطرات بیشتری قرار دارند. یافته‌های حاصل از مطالعات انجام شده، حاکی از این بود که بیماری ویروسی کووید19، منجر به عوارض ناخواسته در زنان باردار، جنین یا نوزادان آن‌ها می&shy;شود. در این مقاله سعی شده است که &nbsp;به مراقبت&shy;ها و اقدامات لازم قبل، حین و بعد از زایمان از زنان باردار مبتلا به کووید19 و نوزادان آن&shy;ها و نکات آموزشی مورد نیاز برای پرستاران و بیماران اشاره گردد<span dir="LTR">.</span><span dir="LTR"></span><br> <strong>مواد و روش &shy;ها:</strong> مطالعه حاضر به روش مروری بوده و گردآوری داده‌ها با جستجو در پایگاه‌های اینترنتی<span dir="LTR">PubMed</span> ،<span dir="LTR">Science Direct</span> ،<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span> <span dir="LTR">Scopus</span>، <span dir="LTR">Magiran</span> و موتور جستجوگر<span dir="LTR">Google</span> <span dir="LTR">scholar</span> &nbsp;و همچنین، جستجو در سایت مرکز پیشگیری و کنترل بیماری&shy;ها و وزارت بهداشت انجام شد.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> در همه&shy;گیری کووید19 زنان باردار و نوزادان آن&shy;ها در معرض خطر شدید ابتلا به بیماری کووید‌19 و احتمال مرگ‌و‌میر و عوارض جانبی بیشتری قرار دارند. این عوارض را می&shy;توان با مراقبت&shy;های<ins cite="mailto:moonlightlp1358@gmail.com" datetime="2021-05-28T12:16">&shy; </ins>پرستاری ویژه، اقدامات و عکس&shy;العمل به موقع و آموزش به بیماران کاهش داد. مراقبت&shy;های لازم از این گروه آسیب&shy;پذیر، بایستی بر پایه رعایت شیوه&shy;نامه&shy;های بهداشتی حین شیردهی، مراقبت کانگورویی، مدیریت راه هوایی، لوله&shy;گذاری، تهویه مکانیکی، انتقال نوزاد، احیاء و رعایت اصول قرنطینه&shy;سازی و اقدامات لازم قبل، حین و بعد از زایمان باشد.<br> <strong>بحث و نتیجه &shy;گیری:</strong> با توجه به افزایش خطر ابتلا به عوارض بارداری در زنان مبتلا به کووید‌19 پیشنهاد می&shy;شود که مراکز بهداشتی-درمانی و متولیان سلامت، توجه بسیار دقیق و ویژ&shy;ه&shy;ای بر نحوه اجرای&shy; پروتکل&shy;های بهداشتی و مراقبتی قبل، حین و پس از زایمان جهت مادران و نوزادان آنان داشته باشند. <span dir="LTR"></span> <strong>Introduction: </strong>During an outbreak of an infectious disease, pregnant women, fetuses, ornewborns are at greater risk than other populations. Findings from studies have shown that Covid19 disease causes side effects in pregnant women, their fetuses or their infants. The current study tries to mention the pre-, during and postpartum care of pregnant women with Covid 19 and their infants; moreover, this article notice the educational points required for nurses and patients.<br> <strong>Methods and Materials: </strong>The present study was a descriptive study performed by review method. Data were collected by searching the websites of PubMed, Science Direct, Scopus, Magiran website and Google scholar search engine, as well as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Ministry of Health.<br> <strong>Results: I</strong>n Covid 19 epidemic, pregnant women and their neonate are at high risk of infecting Covid19 disease; in addition, they are at a higher risk ofdeath, mortality, and side effects. These complications can be reduced with intensive nursing care, timely actions and<br> reactions, and patient education.
