fa بررسی میزان آمادگی مواجهه با موقعیت های بحرانی در اتاق عمل های بیمارستان آموزشی درمانی آیت الله طالقانی به عنوان مرکز ترومای شهر کرمانشاه در سال 1398 مقالات کامل full articles پژوهشي Research <strong>مقدمه: </strong>بحران های اتاق عمل، مانند هیپرترمی بدخیم یا خونریزی غیر منتظره، وقایعی هرچند نادر اما باعث تهدید جدی حیات بیمار در این موقعیت های بحرانی می شود، طبق آمار جهانی سالیانه 234 میلیون عمل جراحی در جهان انجام می شود که حداقل 3 میلیون از این بیماران با بحران های موجود در اتاق عمل مواجهه می شوند هدف این مطالعه بررسی میزان آمادگی مواجهه با موقعیت های بحرانی در اتاق عمل های بیمارستان آموزشی درمانی آیت الله طالقانی به عنوان مرکز ترومای شهر کرمانشاه در سال 1398 می باشد.<br> <strong>مواد و روش ها:</strong> این پژوهش به صورت توصیفی تحلیلی انجام شد، و جامعه مورد پژوهش شامل اعضای تیم های جراحی اتاق عمل های بیمارستان آموزشی درمانی آیت الله طالقانی(متخصص بیهوشی،تکنسین بیهوشی،جراح و کمک جراح) و روش نمونه گیری به صورت سرشماری بود. پژوهشگر پس از دریافت نامه از دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمانشاه و دانشکده پیراپزشکی ،پرسشنامه استاندارد سنجش میزان آمادگی تیم جراحی در مواجهه با بحران های اتاق عمل را در بین اعضای تیم جراحی توزیع کرد.بعد از جمع آوری پرسشنامه ها داده های به دست آمده با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 22 و آمار&nbsp;توصیفی و استنباطی تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.<br> <strong>یافته ها: </strong>تعداد افراد شرکت کننده در این پژوهش 40 نفر از اعضای تیم جراحی بودند و<strong>&nbsp;</strong>تفسیر داده ها نشان داد که میزان آمادگی تیم جراحی اتاق عمل های بیمارستان طالقانی برای کنترل و مدیریت بحران های های آتش سوزی،آسیستول و ارست قلبی(VF یا VT) در سطح بسیار خوبی قرار دارد در حالی که میزان آمادگی و آگاهی تیم جراحی جهت کنترل بحران های آمبولی هوا ، شوک آنافیلاکسی و هیپرترمی بدخیم در سطح ضعیفی می باشد.<br> <strong>بحث و نتیجه گیری: </strong>نتایج مطاله حاضر نشان می دهد که میزان آمادگی تیم جراحی در برابر بروز بحران آمبولی هوا، شوک آنافیلاکسی و هیپرترمی بدخیم در سطح ضعیفی می باشد و آگاهی تیم جراحی برای کنترل این بحران در سطح پایینی می باشد. بنابراین مداخلات آموزشی برای افزایش سطح آگاهی تیم جراحی جهت کنترل و مدیریت این بحران ها ضروری به نظر می رسد. <strong>Introduction:</strong> Operating room crises, such as malignant hyperthermia or unexpected bleeding, are rare; however, they are serious threats to the patient&rsquo;s life in these critical situations. According to global statistics, 234 million surgeries are performed annually in the world. At least 3 million of them are faced the crises in the operating room. The aim of this study is to investigate the level of readiness for dealing with critical situations in the operating room of Ayatollah Taleghani Hospital as a trauma center in Kermanshah in 2018.<br> <strong>Methods and Materials:</strong> This study was performed as a descriptive-analytical study. The study population included members of the surgical teams of Ayatollah Taleghani Hospital&rsquo;s operating room (anesthesiologist, technician of anesthesia, surgeon and surgeon assistant) and sampling method was the census. After receiving the letter from Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences and the School of Paramedical Sciences, the researcher distributed the standard questionnaire of surveying the readiness of the surgical team in the face of operating room crises among the members of the surgical team. After collecting the questionnaires, the data was analyzed using SPSS software version 22.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The number of participants was 40 members of the surgical team. The interpretation of the data showed that the readiness of the surgical team in the operating room of Taleghani hospital is in very good level for controlling and managing fire crises, asystole and cardiac arrest (VF or VT). On the other hand, the level of readiness and awareness of the surgical team is at a low level to control air embolism crises, anaphylactic shock and malignant hyperthermia.<br> <strong>Discussion and Conclusion: </strong>The results of the present study show that the surgical team&rsquo;s readiness against air embolism crisis, anaphylactic shock and malignant hyperthermia is at a low level. In addition the awareness of the surgical team to control this crisis is low.
