fa تبیین چالش ها و راهکارهای پیاده سازی سیستم های هوشمند در نظام سلامت مقالات کامل full articles مروری review <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مقدمه:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">&nbsp; استفاده از سیستم های هوشمند در نظام سلامت بخصوص سیستم های هوش مصنوعی اهمیت بیشتری یافته و رو به افزایش است. لذا نیروهـای نظـام ســلامت بایــد راهکارهــایی را جهــت افــزایش توانــایی خــود در بکارگیری از سیستم های هوشمند در نظام سلامت و رفع چالش های آن برگزیننــد. هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی چالش ها و راهکار های پیاده سازی سیستم های هوشمند در نظام سلامت می باشد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">روش کار:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> مطالعه حاضر بصورت مروری سیستماتیک با جستجوی وسیع پایگاه های اینترنتی، نشریات معتبر نمایه شده در پایگاههای </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">SID, PubMed</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">،</span></span> <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">Scopus </span></span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">و</span></span> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">موتور جستجوگر گوگل اسکولار و کتب مرتبط دراین زمینه انجام گرفت و راهکارهای اساسی درزمینه پیاده سازی سازی سیستم های هوشمند در نظام سلامت ارائه گردید.</span></span> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">برای جستجو از زبان ورودی انگلیسی وکلمات کلیدی</span></span> <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">Health system</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">،</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> Electronic health record</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">،</span></span> <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">Health Information</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">و ترکیب آنها در محدوده زمانی 2012 تا 2019 استفاده شد. مقالات یافت شده در حدود 120 مقاله بودند. از این میان حدود 75 مقاله مرتبط با پژوهش انتخاب گردید.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتایج:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> استفاده ازمنطق و دانش متخصصان در زمان طراحی سیستم های هوشمند سلامت و آشنایی کافی متخصصین فناوری اطلاعات فعال درحوزه سلامت باموضوعات و چالش های نظام سلامت،که با ایجاد رشته های جدید کمک شایانی به این موضوع خواهد کرد. نقایص موجود در زیر ساخت ارتباطی کشور اعم از عدم پوشش و دسترسی اینترنتی با سرعت مناسب در برخی نقاط کشور از چالش ها می باشد</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">.</span></span></span> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">از دیگرچالش ها می توان به محدودیت تکنولوژی و هزینه ی سیستم اشاره کرد.&nbsp; </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">بحث و نتیجه گیری:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> هوشمندسازی نظام سلامت دارای پتانسیل های زیادی می باشد. اما پیاده سازی موفق سیستم های هوشمند درنظام سلامت، علاوه بر توجه به اصول مورد نیاز برای هر سیستم هوشمند دیگر ازجمله توجه به عوامل سازمانی،مدیریتی، اقتصادی، آموزش فنی، مستلزم موارد مطروحه در این مقاله نیز می باشد که لازم است توسط فعالان حوزه سلامت در پیاده سازی این سیستم ها بکارگرفته شود.</span></span> <strong>Introduction:</strong> Using intelligent systems in the health system, especially artificial intelligence systems, is increasing and becoming more important. Therefore, the health system staff should choose strategies to increase their ability to use intelligent systems in the health system and to solve their challenges. The purpose of this study is to investigate the challenges and strategies for implementing intelligent systems in the health system.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> The present study was a systematic overview with a comprehensive search of web sites, validated journals, SIDs, PubMed, Scopus, Google Scholar search engine and related books in this area. Basic approaches to the implementation of intelligent systems especially the expert system and artificial neural network were presented in the health system. We searched several key words including the Health system, Intelligence, Electronic health records, Challenges and solutions, and their combination, in the time range of 2012 -2019. The articles were about 120 articles, of which about 75 articles having higher relation with our research were selected.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Using the knowledge of specialists in designing of intelligent health systems and the familiarity of professionals with health issues and challenges will help with interdisciplinary courses. The deficiencies in the country&#39;s communications infrastructure, including lack of coverage and Internet access, are among the other challenges. Other challenges include the limited technology and cost of the system.<br> <strong>Discussion and</strong> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Intelligent health system has many potential.
