fa شاخص های زمانی ارائه خدمات اورژانس پیش بیمارستانی در شهرستان شهرکرد مقالات کامل full articles پژوهشي Research <strong>مقدمه</strong>: با توجه به اهمیت نقش و عملکرد اورژانس پیش بیمارستانی در سلامت جامعه و نیز لزوم بررسی مستمر عملکرد آن &nbsp;به خصوص در شاخصهای تأثیرگذار در فرآیند خدمات رسانی به بیماران، پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه شاخصهای زمانی ارائه خدمات اورژانس&nbsp; پیش بیمارستانی در شهرستان شهرکرد &nbsp;انجام گرفت<span dir="LTR">.</span><br> <b>مواد و روشها:</b> این پژوهش یک مطالعه&nbsp; مقطعی توصیفی بود. تعداد 600 تماس که منجر به انتقال بیماران به مراکز درمانی شده بود، به صورت تصادفی انتخاب و اطلاعات&nbsp; مورد نیاز از فرمهای اورژانس 115 که برای هر مأموریت توسط تکنسین فوریتهای پزشکی کامل می گردد، از آزمون میانگین و انحراف معیار برای داده ها استفاده شد.<br> &nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>یافته ها:&nbsp;</strong>از نظر شاخصهای زمانی میانگین زمان تاخیر، زمان پاسخگویی، زمان حضور در صحنه، مجموع سه فاصله زمانی مذکور، زمان انتقال به بیمارستان و زمان کل ماموریت به ترتیب برابر با 0.01، 7، 8، 12 ، 17 و 50 دقیقه به دست آمد. تنها در مورد دو شاخص زمانی انتقال به بیمارستان (002 / P= 0 و t= -2) و زمان کل مأموریت (009 / P= 0 و t= -2) تفاوت معناداری در شش ماهه دوم سال های 94 و 95 وجود داشت و در خصوص سایر شاخص های زمانی تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> شاخص های زمانی اورژانس پیش بیمارستانی مطلوب و در سطح شاخص های کشوری و جهانی بود. در این میان تفاوت در شاخص های زمانی تنها در دو مورد شاخص زمانی انتقال به بیمارستان و زمان کل مأموریت معنادار بود و این شاخص ها در سال 94 کمتر از سال 95 بودند<span dir="LTR">. </span> <strong>Introduction:</strong> Considering the importance of the role and function of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) in a society&rsquo;s health and the need for continuously evaluating its function, especially in indices affecting the process of giving service to the patients, the present study aimed to compare time indices of providing services in EMS Shahrekord county in Iran.<br> <strong>Methods and Materials:</strong> This study was a retrospective cross-sectional study. 600 calls, that had been resulted in patient transfer were randomly selected. Moreover, the required data were extracted from EMS forms that were filled by a medical emergency technician for each mission.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Regarding to our results, the mean of delay time, response time, time to reach the scene, total of the 3 mentioned times, time to reach a hospital and total mission time were 0.01, 7, 8, 12, 17 and 50 minutes, respectively. There were only significant differences in time to reach hospital (t=3 and p=0.001) and total mission time (t=2 and p=0.009) in the studied periods. There were not any significant differences regarding other time indices.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Time indices of EMS were desirable. It was the same level as national and international indices. Meanwhile, there were significant differences between two time indices namely time to reach hospital and total mission time in the years of 2015 and 2016.
