fa بررسی میزان آگاهی تکنولوژیست های اتاق عمل از قوانین و استانداردهای حقوق بیمار در بیمارستان های آموزشی-درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران در سال 96-1395 مقالات کامل full articles پژوهشي Research <strong>مقدمه:&nbsp;</strong>آگاهی تکنولوژیست اتاق عمل از قوانین و استانداردهای تدوین شده مرتبط با حقوق بیماران نقش موثری در حمایت از این حقوق و پیشبرد اهداف درمانی ، حقوقی و انسانی دارد.<br> <strong>روش کار:&nbsp;</strong>این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی با مشارکت 143 نفر از تکنولوژیست های اتاق عمل شامل در 9 مرکز آموزشی درمانی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران براساس نمونه گیری بصورت سرشماری انجام گردید.ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه پژوهشگر ساخته بود و پایایی به روش آلفای کرونباخ و روایی صوری و محتوایی انجام شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با نرم افزار<span dir="LTR">spss</span> نسخه 19و شاخص های آماری توصیفی ،آزمون کای دو، همبستگی پیرسون انجام گردید.&nbsp;<br> <strong>یافته ها:&nbsp;</strong>یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد که 19.6 درصد تکنولوژیست های از سطح آگاهی ضعیف ،39.2 درصد از سطح آگاهی متوسط و 41.3 درصد از سطح آگاهی خوب برخوردار بودند.بیشترین مبزان آگاهی در گویه&quot;حق انتخاب پزشک مشاور&quot; و کمترین میزان آگاهی مربوط به گویه&quot;حق انتخاب وتصمیم گیری درخواست عدم احیا و درمان های اضافی&quot;بود<span dir="LTR">.</span><br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> بررسی ها نشان داد اکثریت تکنولوژیست های شرکت کننده در مطالعه از سطح آگاهی خوبی در خصوص منشور حقوق بیمار برخوردار بودند. پیشنهاد می شود با عنایت به اینکه بیشترین و کمترین میزان آگاهی مربوط به &quot;حق انتخاب و تصمیم گیری آزادانه&quot; بود، با آموزش کادر درمانی و بالا بردن آگاهی آن ها در جنبه های مختلف حقوق بیمار کارایی و کیفیت مراقبت های بهداشتی را به حداکثر رسانده و طرح دعوی و شکایت از تکنولوژیست ها را کاهش دهند. &nbsp;&nbsp;<br> &nbsp; <strong>Introduction:</strong> The surgical technologist&rsquo;s knowledge of the rules and developed standards related to patients rights has an effective role in protecting these rights and advancing therapeutic, legal and human goals.<br> <strong>Methods and Materials:</strong> This cross-sectional study was conducted among 143 surgical technologist in 9 hospitals affiliated to Iran University of Medical Sciences. Data were collected through a research made questionnaire tested by applying Cranach&rsquo;s alpha for measuring reliability. In addition, both face and content validity of the questionnaire have been checked by faculty members. Data were analyzed through descriptive statistics such as chi-square test and Pearson correlation using SPSS version 19.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The results indicated that 19.6% of surgical technologists had a low level of knowledge, 39.2% of them had an average level of knowledge and 41.3% had a good level of knowledge. The highest level of knowledge was in the item of &ldquo;Choosing a counselor&rdquo; and the lowest level of knowledge was in the item of &ldquo;Choosing and decision making&rdquo; for requesting non-rehabilitation and additional treatment&rdquo;.<br> <strong>Discussion and Conclusion:</strong> The findings revealed that the majority of participated surgical technologists had a good level of knowledge about the patient rights charter.
