	<abstract_fa>&lt;p dir=&quot;RTL&quot;&gt;&lt;strong&gt;مقدمه:&lt;/strong&gt; بیماریهای قلبی عروقی از شایعترین بیماریهای جوامع بشری است که با مرگ و میر فراوان همراه است. استرس در ایجاد بیشتر بیماریها نقش دارد. استرس شغلی یک ریسک فاکتور بیماری های قلبی بوده و میزان ابتلا به بیماریهای کرونر قلب را افزایش می دهد. شغل نظامی گری یک شغل پراسترس میباشد. سن بروز بیماری عروق کرونر قلب در افراد نظامی و غیرنظامی در این تحقیق مقایسه شده است.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;مواد و رو شها: &lt;/strong&gt;در این مطالعه، تعداد 3860 نفر از بیماران نظامی (فقط مرد) و غیرنظامی (مرد و زن) مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند که طی مدت 7سال در یکی از بیمارستان های نظامی شهر تهران به علت سکته قلبی تحت عمل جراحی پیوند عروق کرونر قرار گرفته اند. فاکتورهای سن، وزن، قد و شاخص توده بدنی در تعدادی از بیماران نظامی و غیرنظامی (مرد و زن) که به علت سکته قلبی تحت عمل جراحی پیوند عروق کرونر قرار گرفته اند مقایسه شده است.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;نتایج:&lt;/strong&gt; نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که میانگین سن ابتلا به بیماری عروق کرونر در میان نظامیان نسبت به غیرنظامیان پایین، میانگین وزن بالا و میانگین شاخص توده بدنی پایین میباشد.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;بحث و نتیجه گیری:&lt;/strong&gt; به نظر می رسد استرس شغلی در نظامیان باعث افزایش بیماری های عروق کرونر قلب می شود.&lt;/p&gt;

	<abstract>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Introduction:&lt;/strong&gt; Cardiovascular diseases are the most common diseases among human society associated with high mortality. Stress plays a significant role in many diseases. Occupational stress is a risk factor of heart disease and increases the prevalence of coronary heart disease. Military personnel have a stressful job compared to other common jobs. In the current study, the incidence of coronary heart disease have been studied and compared between military and nonmilitary personnel.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Methods and Materials:&lt;/strong&gt; Data of 3860 military and nonmilitary patients who underwent coronary bypass graft surgery (CBGS) during 7 past years in the military hospitals were collected and analyzed. Several factors such as age, weight, height, and body mass index were compared between both groups.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Results:&lt;/strong&gt; The results indicated that the average age of coronary heart disease involvement was significantly lower in military than nonmilitary patients. Moreover, the military average weight was significantly higher and average body mass index was lower comparing nonmilitary patients.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Discussion and Conclusion:&lt;/strong&gt; It seems that military occupational stress increase coronary heart disease.&lt;/p&gt;
