Editor-in-Chief's Message
The selected articles in this issue can be categorized into four key themes, each representing an effective step toward advancing the knowledge and performance of the defense health system:
1- Smart technologies and digital transformation in military health
2- Optimization of personnel’s physical and mental performance and health
3- Basic and diagnostic research in support of clinical practice
4- Applied training and health crisis management
The thematic diversity of this issue demonstrates that paramedical sciences and military health are no longer confined to traditional therapeutic interventions; rather, they form a dynamic and synergistic field where information technology, molecular biology, complementary medicine, operational psychology, and scenario-based training converge to enhance the safety, efficiency, and resilience of the armed forces. Our journal is committed to acting as a bridge between academic research and the operational requirements of military fields, garrisons, and health crises.
We sincerely thank all the respected authors who provided us with their valuable findings, the learned referees who advanced the review process with precision, impartiality, and scientific responsibility, and the members of the editorial board and experts of the journal office who made this issue a success with their tireless efforts.
We hope that this collection of materials will inspire future research, provide a basis for clinical and management decisions, and be an effective step towards localizing defense health knowledge in the country. We invite all interested parties to join us on the path to improving the journal by submitting innovative, practical, and evidence-based articles.
