Wearable device health data have significant applications for research studies in highstress operational and combat environments. Despite the potential of this technology for continuous monitoring of the military personnel's physical and mental health and civilian populations, significant challenges arise, including ensuring data quality, security, and privacy in operational settings. The implementation of advanced analytics, such as machine learning, is essential for processing big data. Therefore, data quality control and validation of analyses are of paramount importance for strengthening evidence-based medicine, even under the most difficult conditions.
