fa ارزیابی و توصیف خطرات فیزیکی در محیط کار: مطالعه موردی در یک بیمارستان دندانپزشکی نظامی Assessment and Characterization of Physical Hazards in Workplace: A Case Study in a Military Dental Hospital مقالات کامل full articles پژوهشي Research مقدمه: قرار گرفتن مداوم در معرض خطرات فیزیکی بالاتر از استاندارد توصیه شده در محیط‌های کاری بیمارستان می‌تواند بر سلامت کارکنان تأثیر بگذارد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر، ارزیابی و توصیف عوامل زیان آورفیزیکی محیط کار در بخش‌های مختلف بیمارستان دندانپزشکی شهید شکری در تهران است. مواد و روش ها: پژوهش حاضر به صورت توصیفی- مقطعی در سال 1401 ، با استفاده از اندازه گیری عوامل فیزیکی، روش ماتریس ریسک و سوالات عمومی شامل ویژگی های جمعیت شناختی و ادراک کارکنان از وضعیت راحتی و آسایش در بیمارستان دندانپزشکی شهید شکری طراحی و اجرا شد. شناسایی و ارزیابی عوامل زیان آور فیزیکی بیمارستان و تعیین سطح خطر با اندازه گیری متغیرهای صدا، روشنایی، دما، جریان باد و رطوبت صورت گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS نسخه 25.0 انجام گردید. یافته‌ها:در مطالعه حاضر،در بخش‌های کاری لاندری و  DCSS میزان روشنایی به ترتیب با مقدار 210±4.33 و 221±6.55 لوکس و دما  2.14±29 و 1.68±27 درجه سانتی گراد در محدوده خطر زیاد (سطح C) قرار  داشتند. در بخش پذیرش مراجعه‌کنندگان و بیماران در طبقه همکف میزان جریان باد در سطح خطر بالا (سطح C) قرار داشت. میزان روشنایی و اختلاف تراز فشار صدا در بین بخش‌های مختلف این بیمارستان تفاوت معنی داری از نظر آماری با یکدیگر داشتند (P<0/05)، در حالی‌که رطوبت، دما و گردش باد در بین بخش‌های مختلف این بیمارستان تفاوت معنی داری از نظر آماری با یکدیگر نشان نداد(0/05P>). <a name="_Hlk112492840">32/1</a>%کارکنان محیط بیمارستان را به عنوان ناراحت کننده و 67/9% آن را به عنوان قابل قبول توصیف کردند. بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که اندازه‌گیری عوامل خطر فیزیکی محیط کار، روش ماتریس ارزیابی ریسک و همچین به کارگیری نظرات کارکنان بیمارستان می‌تواند ابزارهای مفیدی برای شناسایی و ارزیابی خطرات عوامل فیزیکی صدا، روشنایی، رطوبت، دما و جریان باد در محیط‌های بیمارستانی باشد.   Introduction: Continuous exposure to physical hazards above the recommended standard in hospital work environments can affect the health of employees. The purpose of this study is to evaluate and describe the physical harmful factors of the work environment in different departments of Shahid Shukri Dental Hospital in Tehran. Methods and Materials: The current research was designed and implemented as a crosssectional survey using the measurement of physical factors, the risk matrix method and a general questionnaire including demographic characteristics and employees’ perception of comfort and convenience in the workplace. Identifying and evaluating the physical harmful factors of the hospital and determining the level of risk by measuring the variables of sound, lighting, temperature, wind flow and humidity have been performed. Data analysis was performed using SPSS statistical software version 25.0. Results: In the present study, in the laundry and CSSD work areas, the level of illumination was 210±4.33 and 221±6.55 lux, respectively. Moreovere, the temperature was 29±2.14 and 27±1.68 degrees Celsius in the high risk range (level C). The amount of wind flow was at a high risk level (level C) in the reception department for patients and visitors on the ground floor. There was statistically significant differences in the level of brightness and the discrepancy in sound pressure level among various departments of this hospital (P-value<0.05). However, there was not any significant difference in humidity, temperature and wind circulation among different departments of this hospital (P-value > 0.05). 32.1% of the employees described the hospital environment as uncomfortable and 67.9% of them described it as acceptable.
