fa ارزیابی موانع و تسهیل‌گرهای مؤثر بر پیاده‌سازی پرونده الکترونیک سلامت در ایران مقالات کامل full articles مروری review <strong>مقدمه:</strong> با وجود توسعه فناوری اطلاعات در حیطه سلامت، هنوز هم فرایند به کار گیری پرونده الکترونیک سلامت، دشوار به نظر می رسد. بنابراین، شناسایی موانع اجرایی، به حذف مشکلات و تعیین راهکارهای مؤثر بر پیاده سازی پرونده الکترونیک سلامت در ایران کمک خواهد کرد.<br> <strong>مواد و رو ش ها:</strong> مطالعه حاضر از نوع مروری بوده و جامعه پژوهش شامل مستندات مرتبط با موانع و تسهیل گرهای مؤثر بر پیاده سازی پرونده الکترونیک سلامت بود.&nbsp;جستجو در پایگاه های اطلاعاتی Magiran ،Iran Medex ،SID و موتور جستجوگرGoogle Scholar انجام شد. از میان 152 منبع بازیابی شده، تنها 14 منبع بررسی شدند. برای همین منظور، پیش نویس فرم گردآوری داده در نرم افزار اکسل طراحی و پس از دریافت نظرات متخصصان و انجام اصلاحات لازم روایی فرم نهایی تائید<br> شد. سپس، منابع منتخب براساس اهداف مطالعه در فرم گردآوری داده وارد شده و تحلیل روایتی انجام شد.<br> <strong>یافته ها:</strong> مهم ترین موانع اجرایی برای پیاده سازی&nbsp;EHR،&nbsp;محدودیت های نگرشی و رفتاری افراد و تغییرات سریع سازمانی بودند. بنابراین، برای تضمین نگرش مثبت ارائه دهندگان مراقبت سلامت نسبت به این موضوع، توجه به آموزش و مشارکت&nbsp;کاربران در مراحل فرایند پیاده سازی ضروری است.<br> اگر کاربران سیستم، از اهداف، مزایا و تاثیر مثبت&nbsp;EHR&nbsp;آگاهی داشته و استانداردهای مربوط به حفظ محرمانگی، امنیت داده و قابلیت تبادل پیام را درنظرگیرند، مقاومت آن ها نسبت به تغییرات کاهش یافته، و آمادگی برای پذیرش این تغییر افزایش می یابد.<br> <strong>بحث و نتیجه گیری:</strong> با توجه به یافته های پژوهش حاضر به نظر می رسد که به کارگیری افراد با تجربه و متخصص، ارائه آموزش های لازم و بسترسازی فنی جهت پیاده سازی پرونده الکترونیک سلامت، همراه با اختصاص منابع مورد نیاز، راه را برای به کارگیری این فن آوری هموار می سازد.<br> &nbsp; <strong>Introduction:</strong> Despite the development of information technology in the field of health, the process of creating and using electronic health records is still difficult. Therefore, identifying the implementation barriers of this system contribute to eliminate them and adopt effective implementation strategies.<br> <strong>Methods and Materials:</strong> The present study is a review article and the research population included documents related to barriers and facilitators affecting the implementation of electronic health records. Databases were searched in SID, Iran Medex, Magiran and Google Scholar search engine. Only 14 sources were reviewed among the 152 recovered sources. For this purpose, the draft data collection form was designed in Excel software. The validity of the final form was approved after receiving the opinions of experts and making the necessary corrections. Then, the selected sources were entered based on the objectives of the study in the data collection form. After that, the narrative analysis was performed.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The most important implementation barriers in performing the EHR are the attitudinal and behavioral limitations of individuals and organizational changes. Thus, paying attention to education and the health care providers participation in implementing is essential to ensure that they have the right attitude.
