The Journal of Paramedical Sciences and Military Health accepts the following types of manuscripts for peer review and potential publication: Original Articles, Systematic Reviews, Expert (Narrative) Reviews, Case Reports, and Letters to the Editor. All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process, in which the identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential from each other. Following an initial screening by the Editorial Board, each manuscript is evaluated by at least two independent experts in the relevant field. The average peer review duration is approximately one month, and the time from acceptance to publication is typically around two months. Importantly, all stages of the publication process—including editorial handling, peer review, copyediting, and final publication—are provided free of charge to authors. The journal operates on a full open-access model, meaning all published articles are freely available to readers worldwide. Authors retain the right to share their published work in its original form, provided appropriate credit is given to the journal as the source.
