fa ارزیابی و رتبه‌بندی عوامل پذیرش فناوری بلاک‌چین در نظام سلامت الکترونیک Evaluation and Ranking of Factors Influencing Blockchain Technology Adoption in Electronic Health Systems مقالات کامل full articles پژوهشي Research مقدمه: ظهور فناوری‌های جدید در سال‌های اخیر رشد چشم گیری داشته است که از آن جمله می‌توان به فناوری بلاک‌چین و کاربرد آن در حوزه‌های مختلف اشاره کرد. از عوامل نفوذ و گسترش آن در دامنه‌های مختلف می‌توان به قابلیت رمزنگاری، عدم تمرکز، تغییرناپذیری و شفافیت انتقال داده‌ها اشاره نمود. با توجه به ویژگی‌های ذکرشده، به کارگیری فناوری بلاک‌چین در حوزه سلامت و امنیت داده‌های پزشکی کاربردهای فراوانی کسب نموده است.بنابراین، هدف از مطالعه حاضر، ارزیابی و رتبه‌بندی عوامل پذیرش فناوری بلاک‌چین در سازمان تامین اجتماعی است. مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش از بعد هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش اجرا توصیفی- پیمایشی با رویکرد تحلیل همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کارکنان بخش درمان سازمان تامین اجتماعی در استان تهران بودند. نمونه آماری تحقیق با استفاده از جدول مورگان تعداد 377 نفر بود که به‌صورت تصادفی ساده از بین کارکنان این سازمان انتخاب شدند. جم عآوری اطلاعات با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه و به روش میدانی انجام شد. به منظور اطمینان از شاخص و نسبت روایی محتوای پرسشنامه، با 10 نفر خبرگان این حوزه مصاحبه شد. برای بررسی همسانی درونی یا پایایی عامل‌های پرسشنامه از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد. همچنین جهت تحلیل داده‌ها از نسخه 23 نرم افزار SPSS استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: یافته‌های تحقیق بیانگر آن بودند که عوامل؛ فناورانه، حقوقی، مالی، محیطی و سازمانی از مهم‌ترین عوامل پذیرش فناوری بلاکچین در نظام سلامت الکترونیک در سازمان تامین اجتماعی محسوب می‌شوند. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته‌های این تحقیق درخصوص عوامل مرتبط با پذیرش بلاکچین و اهمیت نسبی هر یک از آن‌ها، می‌توان نقاط قوت و ضعف بیمارستان‌ها را ارزیابی کرده و با برنامه‌ریزی و تخصیص منابع مناسب، نسبت به ایجاد زیرساخت‌های لازم و رفع موانع استقرار این فناوری در سیستم‌های پرونده الکترونیک سلامت اقدام نمود. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که به ترتیب عوامل؛ فناورانه، حقوقی، مالی، محیطی و سازمانی در پذیرش فناوری بلاکچین در نظام سلامت الکترونیک سازمان تامین اجتماعی تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارند. <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: In recent years, the emergence of new technologies has experienced remarkable growth. One of them is blockchain technology and its application in different area. Key factors contributing to its widespread adoption and expansion across various domains include cryptographic capabilities, decentralization, immutability, and transparency in data transfer. Given these characteristics, blockchain technology has found extensive applications in the healthcare sector, particularly in ensuring the security of medical data. Therefore, the aim of the present study is to evaluate and rank the factors influencing the adoption of blockchain technology within the electronic health system of the Social Security Organization. Materials and Methods: In terms of purpose, the research is applied. Moreover, it follows a descriptive-survey design with a correlational analysis approach based on its methodology. The statistical population consists of healthcare department staff of the Social Security Organization in Tehran Province. A sample of 377 participants were selected among the organization staff using Morgan’s table through simple random sampling method. Data were collected using a questionnaire administered via fieldwork. Interviews were conducted with 10 experts in this field to ensure the content validity index (CVI) and content validity ratio (CVR) of questionnaire. Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was employed to assess the internal consistency (reliability) of the questionnaire constructs. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software, version 23. Results: The research findings indicate that the technological, legal, financial, environmental, and organizational factors are among the most significant determinants influencing the adoption of blockchain technology in the electronic health system of the Social Security Organization. Conclusion: Based on the findings of this research regarding the factors associated with blockchain adoption and their relative importance, hospitals can assess their strengths and weaknesses. In addition, we can take actions to establish the necessary infrastructure and we can overcome barriers to implemente this technology in electronic health record systems through appropriate planning and resource allocation. The research results demonstrated that—ranked in order of significance—the technological, legal, financial, environmental, and organizational factors have a positive and significant influence on the adoption of blockchain technology in the electronic health system of the Social Security Organization.</div> فناوری, بلاک‌چین, نظام سلامت, الکترونیک, سازمان تامین اجتماعی.
